홀리데이 클럽 아레(Holiday Club Are)

房間設施很不錯、實用，陽台外面的景色很獨具特色，整個酒店大而乾淨整潔，配套設施的泡温泉桑拿在此小鎮上獨一無二，早餐也很豐富！

感覺還不夠暖和，需要 設施：暖氣更加足

It's near train station, staff are very nice. It has ski and luggage room.

Hotellrummet var kanonfint!!! Reception och incheck var okey men ett rum fick inte egna nycklar förrän kl 19.00. Det är för sent. Frukosten var okey men absolut basic. Förväntade mig pga rumspriset ett mycket bredare utbud. Spa var en katastrof. Vilken tur att det ingick i priset för jag hade inte betalt 334x 3 rum för: pubbelpool som knappt gick igång. Det låg brun avlagringar på botten i en hög som vi klev i. Vi försökte flera gånger att sätta igång bubblet men det krusade upp bara en gång. Utebadsängen var stängd. Bastuavdelningen och dess ritualer gick inte att utföra då bastu var avstängd, En bastu hade för låg värme och ångbastu utan doft. Liten bassäng nedanför isvaken låg det bröd på botten. Tråkigt!!!!

The room 131 is located ground floor and just besides the sub entrance towards the station. The room itself is really nice, but the planting area between the out side of window and the pedestrian road is fade outed from the point around half of the window to make space for the sub entrance. Which means the pedestrian can come to infront of the window like 1 m. It makes the customer close the curtain all the time because of uncomfortable feeling to stay due to less privacy. The ad said mountain view for this room but this room is actually pedestrian view and cannot open the curtain. The ad should not say Mountain view, at least for room 131. I have asked change the room but stuff said fully booked and only available is Lake view which is expensive room. And the stuff asked me to extra cost if I want to change the room. This means If I wanted to solve this deviation I needed to pay extra, which was sad offer. From 2 days before check out, the small shower besides the toilet was started leaking water, and it was not able to fully fixed by the stuff after reporting and I still couldn't get room exchange because of full booked. Location is really nice, for example, We could access ICA under the roof all the way. Sauna is really nice.

Åre was amazing and this hotel is so convenient next to the rail station!

We stayed in a "Spacious Classic Lake View" in mid April 2023 (not a busy time). The stay was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Fairly large selection. Wifi was good as well. A few things worth noting: * There was a refrigerator in the room but is was a model that could only cool down to 12 degrees C (according to a sticker on the door). * There is ski storage in the hotel (with lockable lockers - if you bring your own lock). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anywhere close to the lifts where you can store your skis from day to day. So you have to carry skis and boots between hotel and lift everyday. * The distance from the hotel to the nearest lift ("Bergbanan") is approximately 350 m. This lift is very old and inefficient. We only used it once. The wait and slow ascent are horrible. * The distance from the hotel to the next-nearest lifts (Stjärnliften, VM6:an, Kabinbanan) is approximately 600 m. It's NOT a fun walk in ski boots carrying skis. * The ski bus is also a possibility. It departs from in front of the train station and goes to VM8:an or Kabinbanan. However, it doesn't run very often. * Returning home, it is possible to ski all the way down to Max Burgers on Åre Torg. Then it's about 350 m back to the hotel.

Nice and spacious rooms and great skiing resort

Nice breakfast and food in restaurant. Wonderful pool area. Room had good size but renovation is needed. Area outside of hotel is not good at all. Ice like a skating rink and we talked to reception but no action., people fell and hurt them selves a disaster. Very young staff and some of them were sleepy and no client focus. This is a overall proplem with young people. The chef in kitchen very professional.
