Fully modern totally, equipped villa, 2 balconies, sitting and dinning furniture,2 bedrooms open living room with geat views with large glass windows, free private parking in front of the villa,air con, free fast internet ..... ...Tribunj is a lovely romantic little village, though has 30 great restaurants and beaches crystal clear water, amazing little island and much fresh fish for dinning, A newly built luxus marina, very peaceful, but if you want action 3kms to Vodice for discos bars etc. Although the Villa situated in center on fantastic property overlooking the old town which is the island and 270 degrees sea views, a 3 to 5 minute walk to the bank, shops,markets,coffee bars,restaurants,post office, beaches, & the marina. The Villa is located between 2 churches, that's why its not noisy but close to the heart of the wonderful things Tribunj has to offer

For our guests (a limited number) I provide free of charge electric bicycles, electric scooters, electric car chargers, beach sunbeds, SUPs, kayaks, baby highchairs, bathtubs, children's beds, and tableware. Parking is free.The apartments are south-facing, partly overlooking the sea and partly overlooking the well-kept garden. Bedrooms are equipped with a large French bed, and the living room is equipped with an American kitchen and a pull-out sofa. The bathrooms are equipped with a washing machine, a large shower, and a towel dryer. Fully mechanized kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplate, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) The 12m2 terraces are covered and furnished on the top floor with private sunbeds.In the yard there is a playground, a picnic area, a barbecue, a reading corner, and a security camera service.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
