Clean hotel. Quiet other than late night guests in adjacent room.

Booked a four-person king suite and the two people that had to sleep on the pull out couch bed were miserable. The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. ******* wouldn't do anything about it and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. I wanted to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel and they wouldn't let me. They didn't refund me any money, and they made no effort to try to make the bed more comfortable. I will never use ******* againbecause they do not stand behind their customer and have the worst customer service.

Staff was pleasant. Air-conditioning does not work in the rooms. Several people complained. Toilets are way too low. Very difficult for older people. Furniture in the dining room needs to be updated. It’s looking shabby. Julia in the dining area was most pleasant. What a lovely employee.

The staff is great. The rooms are not very clean and very outdated. The tub in the bathroom looked like someone had walked in with their shoes and had never been cleaned.

We were treated poorly at check-in, at breakfast. Two fraudulent charges by this hotel caused us to cancel our credit card mid'trip. Their staff did not stop kids from kicking a ball against our door at 8 p.m. after calling the front desk twice. Sorry, we have nothing good to report.

the beds in are room super soft. very comfortable. the other rooms that we have stayed in at the hotel have been fine

My room faced the freeway, and it was SO loud!! Their single-paned windows did nothing to filter out the noise!!

Young male staff member at this property is terrible. He doesn’t know how to talk to guests. Very rude. The pool gave us an itch. Rooms are worn out and bathroom not clean, leaky taps etc. suite doors are side by side so you’ll hear the neighbours slam their door. Breakfast is exactly the same daily. This property was not worth the money we paid to stay there. I will never stay here again.

Location is great as there is various food and grocery options near the hotel. Night staff was extremely rude. Walked in and headed straight to the elevator and the lady at the front desk came from the back and in an extremely loud tone comes out and says “SHHHH you need to shut up!” We were not being loud and that was completely unnecessary. The girl that was there during the day was very helpful.
