NH 안토파가스타(NH Antofagasta)

The bed and pillow help me to have a nice sleep after my hard times in a work all day. The food taste make me like at home. The ocean view in the afternoon, the sunset is very beautiful. The water of the beach really fresh. You can try swimming with if you want.

Excellent ubication, all personal very friendly allways help us and the room perfect with view to the sea. The breakfast very good many kind of options for all. And conserve all Covid Protocols. for all of this the price is right maybe can put offers or anything more options but its ok.

I love NH Antofagasta because it has the best price/quality ratio. Every time, when I go to that city I want to stay in NH to wake up looking at the sea, which looks like a work of art from the windows of its rooms.

The NH Hotel is a nice place to stay, it is old and could probably use a make over but it is comfortable and clean. Pros: -English speaking staff -Helpful people -Clean Cons: -A little loud if you are above the outdoor area where people smoke -Breakfast is good but otherwise the restaurant is only ok -TV's are on timers and go off in the morning, the first morning my TV turned on at 6:30 am and was so loud and scared me awake. I had to ask twice but eventually they unplugged it. The Cleaning staff does a great job but note, if you are someone that does not like your stuff touched you might not like it, they move everything in your room, like move your shoes into the bed stand, move all the stuff on bathroom counter, they even moved my jammies onto my bed. I did not mind it but I know some people do not like. The hotel is a long way from Exponor but most of them are. I enjoyed this stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at the front desk are the rudest I have ever seen. This is a direct result of poor management.

Buena ubicación, muy limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Atención mediocre: Check in muy lento, recepcionista habló por telefono durante todo el proceso sin mirar ni dirigir la palabra, cuando concluyó se fue sin decir nada y otro empleado me tuvo que entregar la llave de la habitación y decir cual me asignaron. Restaurante igual de lenta y mala atención. Mozos mal informados sobre los platos y pescados disponibles. Eramos tres, primero llegó un plato y los otros 2 (caldillo de congrio $ 17.100) después de 15 minutos. Platos mediocres, caldillo insípido y recocido, el pescado bien; se consumió sólo la mitad, a esa altura se hizo intragable. Hubo que insistir para que se retiraran los platos, no valía la pena pedir nada más. Mala relación precio calidad. Desayuno, bien... pero a las 8.00 a.m. no había huevos. Hubo que representarlo 2 veces, pues dijeron que había en la Sala lo que no era efectivo; llegaron cuando estábamos terminando. Buen hotel pero, en general deficiente atención lo cual es anormal para un hotel NH, según mi experiencia en Chile y el extranjero, razón por la cual lo escogimos en este viaje.
