엘 카르멘 호텔(El Carmen Hotel)

AC was making a loud popping sound the whole time it was on. The noise from the street was excessive and I could not sleep at all. The bathroom is very small and cramped. Overall the service was great but unfortunately I was unhappy with the noise level.

THE hotel is near the downtown and is in an amazing street with a beautiful terrace. The view from the terrace is amazing also. The people in the hotel is very friendly.

I loved this hotel! It has AC! The locals think 65-75 degrees is chilly but I sure enjoyed sleeping with my AC on. You wont find many properties with this amenity. My friends were staying in 4 star hotels in the area and had to leave their windows open to get fresh air. 😂. The hotel was in a central location with many restaurants around. The breakfast included was yummy. Sheets were soft and the water was american standard hot (after 5 min). I would stay here again.

While I found the service from the staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the bathroom setup was a bit inconvenient with limited space. I also wished for more mirrors in the rooms. On the bright side, the breakfast was truly spectacular, and the overall service was top-notch. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would consider returning to the hotel for the warm hospitality and memorable breakfast experience.

It was a good location, close to the Park and the Cathedral, we were able to walk to other church and the other park!! The rooftop restaurant it was really nice, service at the restaurant was great!! I had 2 rooms!! It was really noise, but I guess is the location!!

Well kept clean room and very comfortable mattress. Helpful staff. Breakfast choices were excellent; served at their beautiful rooftop terrace with a view. Location is excellent, very walkable to restaurants and attractions. Hotel can arrange for onsite message, and airports transport, keep in mind they chared in us$ not local currency for these services.

There was construction during meals in the restaurant. There are two rooms for our reservation, but only one of them had an air conditioner. Their parking lot is three streets away. The reception people told us to move our car when we stopped at the red curb out front to unload but then when we wanted to load and leave, they did not tell the car that just parked there that they needed to move so we could park.

Overall a really nice hotel. Good location. The terrace is pretty and they serve meals up there. The bed was comfy. They had AC and hot water. Our room was by the front hallway so it was a little noisy, but I would stay here again. The rooms are adequate, but nothing special. For the price and location I think was overall good value.

Great place to stay, include the breakfast it is delicious. Loved the Terrace!
