Hotel Antholzerhof

Its the first hotell in this area, Egon has charge fot bathrobe €6 and Slipper €2. Then when I was in the sauna, some other guess toke my bathrobe ( proberbly misstake) But I elden up whit a bathrobe with blood inside the robe. I found that not so plessant, so I asked if I could have a new, for free. The owner sad why should I have that? It was t hus problem! Sorry I sad But ”Dont You think that should be normal service”? No he sad I should keep track on my robe! But I sad , I put it on the hanger outside the sauna, You cant bring it Ingo the sauna! Not my problem he sad, he thought I was complaining to much! What I sad? The day before I had asked him to put a sign on the door to the sauna, No swimclothes and Showe Before sauna and pool use. He didnt think it was necessary, thow ther is a ”board” telling how to do use the sauna. But, i sad, there are people how goes into the sauna with swimclothes on, No shower first. When they started to get warm, the shrubbed the dess skin of there bodies. In the sauna, then still without showering they went swimming in the pool. Then he wanted me to point out those two families , so he could ” tell them of”. In a small hotell its not so fun to pinpoint someone. Then it Wasatrafik hes problem any more! He didnt want to put up a sign. In the ens he trowed me a New robe. But after that he didnt say a Word to us, No good morning or afternoon, just walk-in-closet a round in his dirty Letherhosen ! We spoke to an young couple who also stayed at the hotell, he has told them of curse they where late for supper. They where afraid of him! No service from him You can expect. The rest of the stad is friendly and nice. But the owner is a Bully. In erlier complants he says; come to me first, instead of writing here. But the only thing he Will do is to tell You of! So if you want an normal hotell ( not expensive, but not cheep) whit a frightning owner with No servicemind at all, this Will be perfect! But dont use sauna or pool if You Belize in hygien!

Waren zum Skitouren gehen ein pasr Tage im Gasthof.Früheres Frühstück;Marschtee usw..waren überhaupt kein Problem.Vom Junior Tourentipps bekommen. Ausgezeichnete Küche und sehr nettes Personal. Kommen mit Sicherheit wieder🤗Helene und Siegi

Vacanza ad Anterselva in questo delizioso hotel 3 stelle molto curato con camera grande nuova bagno con finestra letto comodo.l’hotel e’ gestito da due fratelli molto attenti al cliente noi abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione colazione super abbondante e cena curata nelle specialità ’ tipiche . Da ritornare senz’altro e lo straconsiglio!!!

Ottima struttura a conduzione famigliare,personale presente e preparato . Ottima colazione abbondante e non scontata. Cena con ottime materie prime (sempre doppia scelta con piatti tipici) . Un lode anche al personale del piano, le camere erano sempre in ordine e pulite . Sicuramente da ritornarci . Fiorin Elisabetta

Hotel datato con stanze piccole, bagno senza aspiratore con una doccia vecchia e piccolissima, letti bassi e con 2 mega cuscini senza possibilità di poter scegliere. Probabilmente ci sono delle stanze rinnovate ma quella che ho avuto io è davvero di bassissimo livello. Cena obbligatoriamente alle ore 19,00 un possibile ritardo viene redarguito con toni accesi dal personale. Anche la cucina non è tipica della montagna. Esperienza negativa in tutto, tralasciamo ogni commento sulla SPA dove, cosa mai vista prima, viene fatto pagare l’uso dell’ accappatoio. Giro per lavoro tantissimi hotel e questo è per distacco uno dei peggiori. Giorgio

Hotel posizionato in un posto molto tranquillo vicino al lago di Anterselva tra boschi e paesaggi da favola. Anche il panorama dalle stanze è fantastico. A conduzione familiare, il personale è stupendo, molto disponibili anche a dare tutti i suggerimenti sui posti da visitare. All’arrivo ci hanno spiegato in maniera efficientissima tutti i servizi dell’hotel e dato una cartellina con depliant, opuscoli e mappe dei posti migliori da vedere Camere in buona parte ristrutturate, molto accoglienti e bellissime, curate nei particolari Colazione abbondante a buffet e molto varia; cucina buonissima e piatti molto curati e con prodotti di qualità. Personale di sala molto efficiente e competente. Piscina e area benessere ben tenuta Molto curato anche lo spazio esterno con un bel giardino e sdraio a disposizione Non è stato il nostro caso ma sono molto ben organizzato anche per gli amici a 4 zampe. Complimenti a tutto il personale di cuore Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo!!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente magnifica, posto tranquillo e rilassante. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi e professionali. Le camere molto comode e pulitissime. Buffet della colazione ricco e con prodotti del territorio (burro, speck, confetture ecc. ) Spa e piscina molto carine. Dal nostro balcone potevamo godere di una vista davvero spettacolare. Esperienza memorabile.

Appena arrivati Giorgio, ci ha accolto davvero con empatia…ci ha chiesto gentilmente 2 minuti del nostro tempo per illustrarci dove si trovava il tavolo dedicato ai nostri pasti e per spiegarci in modo chiarissimo e dettagliato quali fossero i servizi e gli orari della struttura… Cibo ottimo, ha davvero superato le aspettative un complimento davvero di cuore va fatto ai cuochi; anche il resto del personale di sala davvero competente ed attento ai particolari, non abbiamo mai dovuto chiedere un tovagliolo in più o una forchetta in sostituzione, hanno sempre provveduto al necessario; infine, ma non meno importante anzi, le ragazze addette alle pulizie…educate, simpatiche e davvero efficienti e disponibili. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi un posto rilassante, familiare e pulito questa struttura, noi senza dubbio torneremo l’anno prossimo!!! Roberto e Simona
