Grand Hotel Urban

A just good hotel close to the airport. Rooms are averagely clean..advantage to be 15mts from airport. It is in narrow street..have a 24hrs food service too. Faster checkin and hotel arranged their own drop for airport drop at a cost of 350rs

This was the best hotel we stayed at in our month long trip in Madagascar. We were either jet lagged, or about to travel whenever we were in Tana and this hotel was comfortable and easy. It is at the top of the hill with a nice view and a rooftop bar. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance as well. Their prices are a bit high, so we walked next door for breakfast and went out for dinner. But wow, to have a nice shower and wifi is incredible.

Me and my wife we stayed in this great hotel for 5 days , hotel is in good location closed to many tourists places . Great staff in front office , F & b as well nice team . House keeping is good in term keeping our room neat and tidy . The food is good and breakfast is nice set menu . The best coffee they have . I have tried the outlet on the roof it was nice ambiance and good welcoming team . Definitely I will visit again this hotel and I will recommend to all of my friends and families who want to visit Antananarivo in future . This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, great atmosphere and the staff were beyond amazing, very friendly and helpful. I specifically booked this hotel because of the view and i was NOT disappointed, it was amazing to say the least. The rooftop patio was gorgeous and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable, clean, and great atmosphere.

Déçu et atterré par le comportement. 45 minutes d'attente au resto avec 4 clients en salle, pour un steak et des pâtes trop salé et immangeable. Un chambre sur rue étroite et sans bureau non isolé avec tous les bruits de la rue et des chiens qui aboie toute la nuit. Une TV en panne, des toilettes qui fuit. Une boulloire à disposition mais pas de prise de courant à proximité. Aucun parking et descente du vehicule directement dans la rue et pour finir le responsable qui refuse de rembourser le paiement d'avance de 3 nuits au prétexte que je n'ai pas souhaité le surclassement proposé. Tous les chefs d'entreprise d'Antananarivo, de Maurice et de la Réunion, avec qui je travaille seront informés de ma mésaventure et vous déréférenceront. Ah oui finir, mon letier: auditeur Qualité. Merveilleux et efficace Didier, nouveau directeur de l Urban Qui plus est Didier est profondément chaleureux et humain, le personnel en est d'accord, il adhère Accueil parfait, chambres impeccables, bravo Didier, à bientôt c'est certain

L’albergo è molto carino e curato. Le camere, non enormi, sono dotate di tutti i confort! Letti comodissimi. Il ristorante dell’hotel non è il migliore provato in Madagascar! Il servizio un po’ lento. Se passate da Antananarivo lo consiglio vivamente!

Nous sommes en plein séjour avec madame ici au Grand Urban Hôtel d Antananarivo. Cet hôtel a vraiment tout d'un grand établissement: chambres cosys, restaurant avec menu de qualité, roof top avec une vue imprenable et des équipements vous permettant de passer un moment inoubliable, personnel super sympathique et vous apportant le soin au delà de vos plus profondes espérances. Que dire du directeur de l'établissement J-P: un homme à l écoute de ses convives, un homme apportant une proximité à ses clients, un homme juste remarquable! Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement pour un évènement très spécial pour nous très prochainement...

ホテルは小さいですが、綺麗で部屋からの眺めもよく、レストランの食事もまずまず。ただレンタカーで行きましたが駐車場が無く、路駐させられたのは不安でした。
