Absolutely excellent hotel! 1. Staff was extremely attentive to our needs be it rearranging bookings, organizing transport or just informing about "where to go in Madagascar". 2. Food was great and had sufficient choice to cater to all needs. 3. The bed &bedding was to die for!

I’m a frequent (NGO) business traveler throughout east and southern Africa… Staying here is a delight… everything works! great location, many food options, including a great restaurant right in a hotel, good business/conference accommodations, bilingual (maybe tri or quad-lingual) and very accommodating staff.. special shout out to Joanna’s, Myriam’s and Miore for extra attentive service!

Both the front desk and guest relations are extremely polite, professional and extremely NICE and FUN. Am sure am misspelling but Moira, Pika, Rollande, Tahine really stand out! Housekeeping was also very meticulous. The rooms are big and there are 2 different kind of views. I would suggest the waterfront one. The F&B staff was also very nice, but have to say the quality needs to improve. It’s not the quantity but the quality. The location is super near a mini mall and there are also cute, tiny shops a 3 min walk before the mall.

Good location within the business area, friendly, helpful staff and room had everything we needed. Thanks in particular to the morning/ day staff of the dining area on the ground floor (especially the smiley, happy greeter). This review would be 5 star, but the reception gave incorrect information that meant that I effectively lost money (they said that you could use local currency in departures of the airport when you can’t).

As a rewards member I was offered the members rate - however, after several staff members tried to help me reset the password but failed due to a system error, they refused to charge me at the members rate. Same result with customer service when I returned home to try and fix - not willing to even give points - it's as if the trip never happened ! Customer service was incredibly frustrating there was no way of tracking my original issue and every time I chatted/emailed/spoke to a new member of staff I had to start again. I have stayed with Radisson on multiple occasions but it seems that if there aren't any issues it's all fine but if you have an issue they are not interested and of little to no help. Some of the members of the customer care team were excellent but still unable to help fix this even after admitting the issue was at their end. I think I will take my business elsewhere next time - I appreciate that issues arise but it is very much how an organisation deals with the issue - and Radisson failed in a very major way. I still remain frustrated and annoyed.

Great hotel with great staff. Well located in a secured region. Lot of facilities in and around hotel (supermarket, shops..etc) Both restaurants in hotel are value for money, gastronomic food. Office available for working behind reception when needed.

The location of the hotel in the city center is its greatest value. Nearby shops and restaurants for those who wants to go out. Room is modern, clean and the bed is just so confortable. Personal friendly and professional …………………………………………..

Of all places I went to do business and work at, Radisson Blu is by far my favorite. I also got to know Eric and the staff, throughout all our interactions, especially those at the front desk. They are very human, super nice : very polite and friendly. The lobby is one of the best place to be at, I actually got to meet a lot of people by initiating conversations there while waiting for appointements. Met new people for new business opportunities, great conversation, and of course : coffee. For the rooms, they are kept clean and neat. Room service is quick and food is just delicious.
