좋은 호텔. 장점: 공용 해변과 가깝고 깨끗하며 식사 없이도 차, 커피, 물이 무료입니다. 단점: 구시가지, 기차역, 대중교통에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. Mark Antalya 쇼핑 센터에서 택시 요금은 155리라입니다.

Staff is great! My room was cleaned every day without any reminders and that’s what I really appreciate. Also there is a pool with like 10 sunbeds which can be useful. On the other hand the food tastes like it is cooked for dogs. The furniture is old. We had a balcony, but there were no chairs or tables or anything. Soundproof is absent, we were able to hear people from the other part of the building. The location is so-so, has several cafes, shops and ATM’s around. The nearest beach is moderate - too crowded and dirty. Wouldn’t consider to come here again

don’t recommend this hotel! i did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. firstly, the food looked like canteen food and was cold and definitely not fresh. the rooms were clean to be fair but my bedsheets had a hole in it? and beds were not comfy. the rooms don’t get cleaned daily but when they do they brought a bottle of water which was nice. the fridge in the room was HOT and barely even worked. air conditioner was old and wifi was awfully slow. this hotel needs some serious work to do because i’m never stepping foot in there again.

This place is definitely not 3 star, it is so run down , I had to leave after 2 days , the food is not fit for consumption. And it is plated for you by a poor old lady who doesn't look very hygienic. The rooms are so bad ,ect floors coming up ,air-conditioning units read to be binned, no furniture on the balcony ,and the mattress once we reviled it from underneath the sheet was like from a horror film. The staff are not interested in resolving the issues and when I cam back today to say ,I would be happy for them to keep the room money but just give us back the all inclusive food money so we could eat while we were here ,but was counter offered a free holiday to the same hotel, on which we left , I will be showing my review on YouTube, this place is not for people who want a nice holiday, it is a put up and shut up , he'll hole , who are only interested in taking your money and not giving you a holiday you deserve

Room: very very basic. A/C very old & works intermittently. Tv, can’t even watch news channels as signals/aerial so poor. Balcony; can’t even stand in it, a/c unit there along with 1 extremely old & rotten wooden chair. Bathroom: very dated. Door hinges coming off, could be repaired easily, Wifi is very poor also to add insult to injury. Room cleaned daily, but had to request fresh towels daily which they are reluctant to give you. All Inclusive!! We tried breakfast & it was just the standard Turkish breakfast. Very limited options with it. Not buffet style at all. It’s served to you, you just stand in a queue & wait for it. Basic drinks in morning, machine coffee, not fresh. No fresh juices available either, only bottled diluted juice. Tried dinner the first night. Again stand & wait to be served, not help yourself. Rice, Turkish traditional meal & salad. Same every time. Was not pleasant at all. Juice poured from a 2 litre bottle when you request a drink. Not cold. Wouldn’t waste money going here at all. Made to feel guilty for asking for juice to be refilled. All inclusive bar thats never opened. No alcohol/beer pumps, no draft juices. Dreadful services. My advice is if you are going to stay here, use it only as a sleeping place if you must. Starbucks & local coffee shops round the corner, for fresh coffee/tea & pastries. Lots of eating places nearby which are extremely reasonable & beautiful food at lunch & evening catering for all nationalities & even evening entertainment. Don’t waste your money paying for food or drinks here. It’s definitely not available at an acceptable standard.

Quality of the Room: • Lack of fridge in the room • The cleanliness of the room was not to the standards of a 3-star rating • Air conditioning unit was not functioning fully Quality of food and Dining Area: • The hygiene quality is very poor due to staff not wearing the right clothing when serving the food • I have noticed and reported to the Manager that the food is being recycled time and time again for guests to eat. I was astonished to hear his reply in saying that they are not able to waste the food due to the running costs. Then I told him that they will lose customers due to their extended recycling of the food. Most of the food was unacceptable to eat due to lack of a qualified chief. I believe that the hotel is run by the small team who are used for multiple jobs within the hotel. • I was given permission to use the kitchen fridge due to lack of refrigerator in my room. • Water cooler was malfunctioning – not getting to the required temperature • No menu or named tags to describe the food they were offering and also when asking staff, they can hardly communicate in any other language than their own. • I have asked why they are not servicing any fruits apart from apples (please note that most of the apples been rotten inside due to being recycled) and was told by the manager that it is very expensive to purchase anything else due to the running costs of the hotel

This could be ******* issue, but the description on the website is inaccurate. Purchased a stay with breakfast, to find out at the property that information they had was for room only. Property staff was of no help, called ******* ( after 2 hour call with various people/ and the property) situation was finally resolved, but definitely ruined the experience. ******* should correct this not to mislead customers and also to cause negative impression of the Hotel. The disconnect exist and needs to be fixed

refrigerator didnt work, ac non cold air, didnt change sheets in 4 days, only made bed.. very bad breakfast, not much to pick.. no water in room or coffee/tee.. if u want water then go to lobby and fill youre own bottle..Dont recommend this hotel.

March 22. Booked and paid 2 king beds, received a room with one bed. Went down, the guy at the reception, young fellow on his 5th day as a receptionist gave me a different room, same floor. He had less experience but a big attitude, very ignorant and sarcastic. Went up, the door wont open, went down, game me a new card, went up, still not working. Went down, grabbed him, turned out the electronic door lock was faulty. Gave me another room again on the 5th floor this time. Room ok this time, 2 double or queen beds, definitely not king size, they don't know what that is, but the heat didn't work. Called him twice, he came twice, still no heat in the room. It was already 10 pm by then. I said I'll take a hot water and go to bed. Another surprise, no hot water, just lukewarm and the shower had no pressure, it was barely dripping. The hotel is nice but the staff is terrible. Not much to comment on the breakfast, typical, not rich not pour, just enough to get you going. Find alternatives if you can.
