방이 너무 낡았습니다, 방을 보수해야 합니다

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were so gentle. Its location is also lovely. I believe it has a perfect value for its price. The only con is that it could be quieter. Their sound isolation was not good enough. You hear all the sounds from the road.

The employees spoke very little (to some) no english at all. The cleaning service was quite messy, some days we didn't get our room cleaned (when we put the card outside the door) and some we did.

One or two staff were able to speake any English but very, very bad. First the room. Big spacious room with a king-size bed. Balcony with a superb view to sea side and mountains. But also the very noisy street. Widows and balcony door very flimsy and don't close tight so a lot of car noise in the night. Lighting in the room not to my like as only bedside light and one small light in the door way. Bathroom comes with a shower which doesn't drain fast enough so a long shower will wash my bathroom floor 🙃. Tv was useless as is a old LCD not smart so I could not use it. Unless you know Turkish so you can enjoy a movie or something. Overall 3 out of 5 as noise played a huge part. App for room service would not function 😑 so for room service you had to go to the bar on main hall. Wifi good for emails, no chance to stream something of a good quality on a laptop. Food was a joke. Very little to choose from and they didn't do even that as. I've seen them serving 2 type of daily soops in a hole week. From the menu only 3 items were available even at meal times in the restaurant. Restaurant was a buffet type with not much to choose from. Every day the same things apart the soop which was changed once. With lunch and dinner, they were not always there as they had no food or some sort as they could not speak english. Breakfast: Omelettes, some sort of a ceap fake red sausage with weird plant taste. Pancake with some chocolate spread, again weird taste. A selection of cheese but the same flavours but different shapes. Olives and some salads. Soup and buns. Lunch: never been open, or I haven't been in the hotel when it was open Dinner open 2 times in a week. Soup again the same from breakfast 🫤 or the same type 🤔. Chicken in breadcrumbs, Fries, a suspicious meal like a stew with meet balls. Everything was barley warm or cold. Unfortunately you had to guess what you have as no description or any kind a name was shown. Employers do not speake English at all. Non of the facilities were open as they are off season charging the sames. Overall: Terrible experience

My visit was in the winter season, which isn’t the best time to visit turkey however I had a stay at the hotel, with very friendly staff right from my time of arrival and checkin process was swift. The view from my room was good. Good food especially the sweet stuff 🤤

The accommodation was amazing, the breakfast was delicious in addition to the service; the waiters were generous and treated us very well specially Mr. Ali he was so helpful .
