各方面很一般的酒店，不會再住了😅

房間很漂亮，值得再去

Nice hotel, lovely on first impression and spotlessly clean but our room (a standard double) felt dated and lacked basic things you would expect from even a budget hotel - such as plug sockets by your bed and adequate in room lighting (everything felt very dark!). There were only two plug sockets (a single double socket) for the entire room, which was on the opposite side of the room to the bed, yet there were two phones in the room for room service/reception? Beds were comfy and linen was good. Bar was great, well stocked and open 24 hours! Breakfast was good quality, a lot of choice on the menu for hot options but grossly overpriced at £15.95, even if you only want a continental/piece of toast! Need to have different price levels for continental breakfasts and hot breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 with other family staying at the hotel, sat on the same table, and yet our breakfasts only came out two at a time with approx 10 mins between each pair, which didn’t make sense. Service was okay but not very attentive. We stayed on a quiet weekend in January so for the price we paid for two nights it was fine, but it would not be worth paying any more. The lifts were making some odd noises. Overall, a nice clean hotel and handy being right off the motorway but needs a revamp.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service, employees were welcoming and great, food service is great. Really enjoyed my stay, short but still amazing.

This hotel looks great on first impressions, but staff are not professional. Beds have got budget matresses on that are like sleeping on concrete, same with the pillows. Coffee cups in the room had dried coffee stains all down the outside of them. We had a door in our room that interconnected to the room next door, they had their tv on that load that we couldn’t sleep. Restaurant is massively overpriced for terrible service and awful food. Better service and food at McDonald’s. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Lovely modern hotel with very clean rooms. The shower was great. Beds could do with being a little softer but overall a great stay & would stay again for sure.

The Mour is desperately in need of a refurbish. Leather sofas are torn, our bedroom carpet was threadbare and the bedroom was dreary and paintwork scuffed. In contrast, the staff were polite and friendly to a high degree. They were knowledgeable when asked questions and very helpful. Hence, our neutral assessment. For the money, there is accommodation of a far higher comfort level in the district.

I received a lovely welcome, all directions and other information was given, everywhere was spotless, the food smelt amazing, and the wine was good too.

No kettle in the room and the coffee machine wouldn’t work due to build up of grime
