Extremely Comfortable room and bathroom. Extremely hospitable staff , good breakfast everyday , the pool is huge and covered with the most beautiful trees, so there's shade at all times. Thank you for the most memorable stay Farookh.

It was a great pleasure to be with my hubby here..break fast is amazing all buffet food great speciali thanks chef Akshay and pankaj great service. Location is best for vacation thx all teem for great service. I would like to visit the place soon again:)

It was absolutely a great stay for us. To relish in the beautiful lush greens of the space while enjoying the vintage interior of the cottages was truly a delight for us. The food quality is also as good as the beautiful views this place offers. The aura of the place is very peaceful and gives you serene vibes. Thankyou to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

These cottages are just so beautiful, yaar! And the staff? Super friendly! It's like staying in a cozy haven surrounded by nature. The outside views are amazing, but what really makes it special is how warm and welcoming the staff is. They make you feel like you're with family. Whether it's the lush greenery or the peaceful waters around, you're in for a treat. Trust me, it's not just a stay, it's an experience. So, if you're looking for a chill place with good vibes and lovely surroundings, these cottages are the way to go! PS - I also saw a mini celebrity from a travel food show

This is a lovely heritage hotel in the Portuguese style set in beautiful tropical gardens. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant serving a variety of international food though you’d be missing out if you didn’t try the amazing Indian cookery on offer.

This place when I visited last was kept so clean and neat. However, this time, I found that the maintenance was very low. The dust below mattress gave me an allergy. The pillows, bolsters and mattress were smelly. The toilet health faucet was leaking. The covering sheet was at least 2 decades old and smelly. The staff were however, very friendly and helped to change sheets almost daily as we complained about the stench. Also earlier there was buffet, now only fixed menu. Since there was only one person to serve for the whole resort and 3 help, the work was done very slow and orders took eternity to come. It was overtly priced for the services we received.

We stayed for a week and loved the individual cottages which were spacious and comfortable. The Goan/Portuguese style of the furnishings was totally charming and the lagoon/ pool in a lush garden was a beautiful place to relax. The ***agers and assistants were warm, friendly and so helpful. It’s quite an enchanting experience

Great stay , staff , food , service all excellent. great hospitality . The in house food is quiet reasonable and tasty . In the heart of Anjuna . Stayed with my son for 3 nights , had a great time . Everything from bike rentals to airport drop was arranged by the hotel staff at reasonable rates.

A brilliantly curated property, with old school charm and modern amenities, rustic and simplistic. The hospitality is par excellence and the owner, Farokkh makes sure of that with all his guests. Breakfast was on point everyday and we really enjoyed our lazy days by the pool, which is quite a feature of the property. Will recommend to friends and family and hopefully visit again in the near future. Keep up the good work Farokkh, and hope to see you soon :)
