Average hotel, breakfast not good, location good, lobby ac not working, I complain many times but the don't rectify in our whole stay,room service also good , The local transportation is very far from hotel, the Anjuna beach is one and half km from here, room service and cleaning is very good

Waste hotel and waste property for family travelers.rooms are ok but service is pathetic and they charge for kids food restaurant staff is useless very limited breakfast.they had only poha idli and paratha in breakfast.

Good 👍 hotel and staff is very polite and food is also good. Location is also good. Near to Anjuna beach. Happy with stay. Rooms are good and clean, service is also good. Nearby market is also there.

If you are solo traveller and feeling alone then There will cockroaches to welcome and entertain ing you 😅😅😅. Broken power sockets so you need to some trick(jugad) to get electricity in room. Unclean floor and washroom smells really too bad.

Rooms are spacious and sophisticated. Very comfortable for stay and much appreciated with support being provided by staff. Overall good experience and last but not the least food is delicious and Sunil ***** with his team are very supportive, Kind and have provided very good hospitality. We will surely wish to opt this place again in our next visit. Thank you so much for being part of our memorable trip. Have a safe and healthy life ahead!!!

All the staff members are very co-operative.. specially Vikas store manager, Sunila Hela caption, Rachana F&N, Sonam and Akshita at front desk, Housekeeping Santosh.. Food Services are really Excellent specially breakfast.. Rating for this Hotel are 5 out of 5.. and food quality is superb.

The hotel has all the basic amenities such as a tea/coffee maker, spacious bathrooms, television with basic channels and a small swimming pool. The breakfast spread is also alright with fruits and a juice and so.e variation in the daily menu which is a mix of south Indian dishes and poha/Upma. The hotel is equidistant from the Northern and Southern side of Anjuna beach, both sides entail a pleasant walk of about 12-15 mkns to reach. The hotel has a backup generator and inverter and we did not face any issues of power cuts though the in room AC could have done with some more cooling. We did not find any difference in the pool view and normal rooms. The pool is okay, small, basic and unfortunately not covered, so in summer, the poolside area can get hot. The only real downside is the lack of transportation from here, so make sure to rent a vehicle (car/bike rental is in the hotel premises and is reasonably priced)

The pictures lie. A very unprofessional property. They do not even care about the general cleanliness. The front desk staff is indifferent and have no idea about hospitality. The restaurant staff is friendly and helpful, but the food is very average. The breakfast buffet is same everyday without an ounce of involvement to bring any change for a better customer experience. I think that the property is too casual in attitude and work. I wouldn’t recommend unless they change their approach.

One of the most Bakwas experiences I have had staying @ Hotel Regent Laguna. There was no hot water in bathroom, TV was not working & food quality & spread was below average. Most surprising part was front office manager was very argumentative when we tried to give him feedback.
