Miguel and the food and beverage team were outstanding. Front desk and housekeeping were awesome. The suggestion I have is get the Internet working better with much more band strength. Thanks to the entire team.

I wouldn’t do this review at all if the hotel didn’t give me any reason. The service was not that great. We initially booked for just one night and later on decided to stay another night. We advised the hotel right away that we booked another night thru *******, thinking it would make it easier for them not to move us to another room. Unfortunately, they had to move us to another room which basically inconvenient us. And by the way, we booked two sets of room. Also, the frontage of the hotel was great but rooms are outdated.

Clean but basic room. Doors tended to slam loudly given the acoustics of the hotel but that was a small thing. It would be good to offer at minimum a lobby coffee service in the morning (say, at 7AM ) for those of us who have to leave early. Very little was open in town, even at 8AM. There's a nice, elegant restaurant on site but we were surrounded by other places so dropped into the Italian spot right across the street.

This hotel was in an ideal location for my two night trip to andorra, walkable and convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly, and room was good for the price. Shower is very, very small.

Great location, need to pay around 20 Euro to park overnight... room is good but cold shower!!!

Right in the center of all activities. 10 minute walk to the bus station. Staff helpful.
