방은 깨끗하고 작았으며 매우 편안했습니다. 우리 3식구가 너무 좋아해요. 숙소는 그라나다 도심지에 위치하여 교통이 편리하고 근처에 쇼핑과 식사가 편리합니다. 호스트 Katherine은 매우 열정적이었고 모든 과정을 세심하게 준비했습니다. 그라나다는 아름답습니다.

프론트 데스크가 없지만 하나도 아쉽지 않은 컨시어지 서비스를 제공해주는 곳입니다. 카타리나가 체크인할때 맞이해주고, 아쉽거나 궁금한 것, 예약 필요한 곳이 있으면 왓츠앱 등으로 언제든 문의하고 요청할 수 있습니다.
위치도 너무 좋고, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 깨끗합니다.
아쉬운게 있다면 식탁이 없는 정도?

Katherine was especially helpful... contacted us in advance and met us at the property. In addition, she helped us get to a tour that was timed tightly with our arrival. The property was great – newly redone – and in a great location.

Clean! Clean! Clean! The apartment and the building is newly renovated. Key less entry with high tech controls throughout the apartment.Location was fantastic. few 1OO ft from the city center where it all begins. Katherina was wonderful.She is a world of knowledge. It can get noisy because of tapas bars on the street but if that bothers you don't come to Spain. They are all over, fun, and noisy. Overall a wonderful stay.

pre arrival we had excellent communication from the host Katherina who provided amazing information regarding not only the property but restaurants and sites worth seeing, she offered to book everything for us. This is rated at a 2.5 stars, but would definitely give this a 5 star rating

We had a marvelous 2 night stay in the Alpujarra room on the second floor. Katharine greeted us warmly and was very helpful via WhatsApp messages in arranging for taxi cabs and other questions. The suite itself was stunningly designed with lots of intricate details on the cabinet handles and doors. I would love to have my house designed similarly! We had a rainy few days in Granada and the suite served as a warm and superbly comfortable home base for us. The kid was happy to have access to Netflix during the days we were rained out, and having access to laundry was a bonus for me. The kitchen was great - complete with coffee pod machine, hot water pot, microwave, induction stovetop (awesome), an actual kitchen hood with vent, and dishwasher. A luxury stay!

Our family of four enjoyed the stay at this place is very recommendable. Very modern, cozy, very clean attraction walkable from 10 to 15 minutes. Do you have the option of a private parking. The host was able to reserve a table at a nice restaurant as well. I really recommend this place.

Our stay at Palatina Concept Suites in Granada was exceptional. The location allowed us to explore on foot everywhere and the modern amenities exceeded expectations. The house manager was incredible, helping us secure hard-to-get tickets for a private Alhambra tour. The guide she arranged was outstanding, adding depth to our visit. A truly memorable experience and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of luxury and personalized service in the heart of Granada!
