Lost a pair of pants and when asked girl at front desk she denied anyone going into the room. Room service was obviously inside room, they swapped dirty towels. Girl who gave us the round around was last name Gonzalez. It’s not about the value of the pants, but the simple fact that someone in the hotel took those pants. It’s the sour taste in our mouths after front desk covering up for the facts. It was extremely suspicious the way miss Gonzalez denied someone being in the room as soon as we ask about the pants. Manager should look into this. We don’t expect a reward or anything like that, we just want management to have a conversation with miss Gonzalez and the staff working those days so they can be disciplined. After working 16 years in retail, I believe it’s important to be able to trust staff with customer's valuables.
