리틀 암스텔 하우스보트

가장 아름다운 도시에 있는 훌륭한 작은 은신처... 우리가 머무는 동안 90% 비가 내렸지만요! 비가 멈춘 유일한 순간은 떠다니는 발코니를 즐겼을 때였어요! 모든 것이 완벽했고, 침대는 매우 편안했고 전망은...와! Andrew는 우리에게 멋진 몇 밤을 보내는 데 필요한 모든 정보를 제공해 주었습니다. 하우스보트는 작지만 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 도시로 가는 트램을 쉽게 이용할 수 있고, 암스테르담에 있는 것 같지 않을 정도로 평화로울 정도입니다. 도심까지 걸어가는 데 약 25분이 걸리지만, 광장을 많이 지나야 하고, 할 일이 많습니다. 여름에 꼭 다시 갈 겁니다.

This is a review for Houseboat next to Amstel (as mentioned in this listing for its sister boat Houseboat Little Amstel). The location is 15 minutes to just about everything with great non-touristy restaurants, bakeries, and a grocery just around the corner. Amstel Hotel is just across the bridge and has a lovely high tea. The massage bed was a bonus! Very spacious and comfortable, even in the dead of winter we were warm once we understood the excellent heating system. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was roomy with lots of hot water. Big central closet in the hallway with lots of shelves and two hanging areas, which helped keep the rooms tidy. Lots of windows and light with very effective blackout blinds. Two TVs to keep the family happy on a rainy day. Very clean and I believe it was recently painted. The kitchen has a small set of dishes, set of silverware, a few glasses, microwave oven, and spacious clean refrigerator. Having stayed on boats before, this one was quieter and stiller than most, as long as you are not a light sleeper you will have an excellent night's rest. The outdoor decks are amazing and furnished well, and I bet they are beautiful in the spring as there are plants everywhere (we were there over New Years). It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens and could even hold an additional 2 people for an additional fee by using a murphy bed in the main living room. Don't hesitate to visit Amsterdam in the winter, bundle up and enjoy the city's light festival and other holiday festivities and know you'll have a cozy place to go home to every night!

The houseboat is everything you could wish for. So cosy with stunning views and very close to local attractions. The beds were super comfortable and the house was spotless throughout. Andrew was very helpful, sending apps and recommendations before we travelled which was really useful when planning our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him, we can’t thank you enough. We would highly recommended this cute little houseboat.

1st time traveler's to Amsterdam and will definitely be back. Stayed studio B houseboat and it was brilliant. Andrew the host always contactable and great service. Even set up a small birthday surprise for our arrival. Houseboat is small and cosy and the views are beyond lovely. Easy access to the travel links and you are never short anything to do or see. Houseboat clean, tidy and just stunning. Will definitely book with Andrew again amd recommend to my friends. Until we meet again Amsterdam :)

We loved our stay at Little Amstel - Studio A. The studio was clean and very well thought out, with plenty of space and storage for a couple. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the small fridge and coffee pod machine. The view is beautiful both day and night, we spent lots of time sitting on the deck out the front. The location was perfect, a nice walk/bike ride into the city, but far enough away that it was quieter than the hustle and bustle. Andrew was easy and prompt with communication, and kindly organised bicycles for us at late notice. Highly recommend Little Amstel.

Soggiorno indimenticabile! Per la prima volta in una houseboat, è stato divertente e anche un modo per vivere la città come una persona locale! Abbastanza vicino alla metro, alle fermate del tram e a tutti i servizi. Il mio appartamento era piccolino ma con tutte le comodità. Due letti comodissimi, tavolino, tv, grande frigo bar, macchinetta per il caffè, phon, asciugamani, saponi e un comodissimo wc tipo giapponese (con getto d'acqua che sostituisce il bidet!). Si ha accesso ad un pontile esterno in comune con gli altri appartamenti, dal quale si può godere la vista del canale Amstel, delle anatre e dei cigni che si avvicinano a chiedere cibo! Il canale di giorno è particolarmente affollato, con traffico di varie barche più o meno grandi (alcune rendono necessario l'apertura del vicino ponte!), ma di notte è tranquillo. Non è presente una chiave fisica, ma si utilizza un'app che si collega con il bluetooth alla porta di casa. Le pulizie non vengono eseguite giornalmente, ma quando viene fatto troverete sul tavolo anche biscottini e una bottiglia d'acqua! Tornerò volentieri!
