여기 절대 가지 마세요!!!!!! 나는 하룻밤을 머물렀고 이제 심각해진 빈대에 물린 몸 전체를 덮은 채 떠났고 "럭셔리 룸" 등급이었던 그 침대에서 자고 있는 알레르기 감염을 돕기 위해 의학적 도움이 필요합니다. 나는 암스테르담을 좋아합니다. 그리고 여러 번 이것은 최악의 경험이었습니다. 거기에 도착하면 세금 100을 부과하고 환불을 요청했지만 아직 받지 못했습니다.

Best budget friendly option at the classiest city square in Amsterdam. Polite staff, spartan but spacious room, decent amenities, very conveniently located, would totally recommend this for solo travellers as well as couples. They also have a reasonably priced late check-out option, and taxi service on demand.

I was hesitating between giving the hotel 2 or 3 stars. Location is great, right next to the Rembrandtplein. The hotel is an older house, not suited for disabled people as you have to like stairs (my room was on the fifth floor). Rooms are small and furniture is quite run-down, but ok I can live with that. However, the tiny bathroom really needs a make-over: the bathroom window was rotten and window sill as well as the shower curtain had a lot of mold (see picture), which is not acceptable for a hotel. Also, the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty (shouldn't be that hard to check and refill when needed), and the TV remote did not work (and has a missing back cover). Fortunately, I was able to sleep with open windows as my room was overlooking the back side of the building, i.e. the quiet side. Breakfast is quite minimal (just some bread, muffins, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea and some cheese and jam) but enough to get the day started. Staff is available 24 hours per day. It's ok to spend 1 night as a business traveler but based on my room, I wouldn't take my wife and kids there for a city trip. If the bathroom had been taken care of, I would have given it more stars but cleanliness is important to me and the bathroom did not invite to take a shower there.

Listed as a family friendly hotel…it’s a hostel! Old and dirty, no lift so you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs to a room that resembles a prison cell. You then have to share the facilities with other guests. The staff and manager are not interested in any complaints, they are just happy to take your money (which is overpriced for the accommodation) then take a deposit from you. You are required to leave your key there every time you leave the hotel, so you risk someone going in your room and through your possessions each time you go out. I would definitely avoid this place! Awful!

Je weet dat je de hoofdprijs voor een overnachting in Amsterdam betaalt maar €249,- (excl.toeristenbelasting en parkeren) voor deze kamer was het echt niet waard. Kamer was zeer basic en niet schoon. Stof lag aan de kop van het bed en de hoeslakens had gaten. De televisie stamt uit 1980, zonder geluid. De badkamer was zeer oud (inrichting, spiegel vol oude vlekken, fitting kapot en het touwtje van het licht was smerig) Hou er rekening mee dat je behoorlijk veel trappen moet lopen als je naar boven moet. Dit mag geen hotel worden genoemd maar een hostel voor jongeren die een nachtje op stap gaan in Amsterdam. Niet geschikt voor gezinnen. Personeel was wel vriendelijk maar spraken alleen maar Engels. Wij komen hier niet meer terug. Helaas krijgen we de foto's niet geuploaded.
