I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The conditions were far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention. Firstly, the room was not hygienic, and there was a strong smell of cockroaches throughout. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and certainly not worth the money we paid. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a working television, hot water for bathing, and proper lighting. The switchboard was broken, and there were several maintenance issues like a broken mirror. The room service was also disappointing, with no doorbell, a foul smell in the bathroom, and bed sheets that were in a pathetic condition. This situation was especially distressing as I was accompanied by two children who were scared due to the presence of cockroaches. Given these circumstances, I urge you not to recommend this hotel to anyone else. I also request a refund for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I have always heard great things about your hospitality, but this experience has been the worst by far. Please address this matter urgently and arrange for a refund.
