Great location for visiting Zoo Negara Malaysia. The hotel is easy to find and only a short distance from the zoo. It is also close to Melawati Mall and Malay food courts, making it convenient for food and shopping. Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a short trip.

This budget hotel is only suitable if you have very low expectations. The location is convenient and very close to Melawati Mall, but the surrounding area feels run-down. The biggest problem was the room, which was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The odor was so strong that I couldn't sleep. I also didn't dare to use the towels or bed sheets because they didn't seem clean. On top of that, the door handle was broken. If you're only looking for the cheapest place to stay and don't mind the poor condition, this hotel might be acceptable. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have to tell here. The experienced worst. When I reached the hotel so scary the conditions from behind door. There were foreigners sit on the staircase. When I walked to the main lobby there is people cooking at the empty place in same building. Smell not good

Near to alot of malay stalls. Near to melawati mall. Condition of the room is like 3/10. Can't expect much, for the price and location.

Great experience with the room

It is not friendly to the elderly and wheelchair users. The TV has only 1 channel, which is boring. Wi-Fi is not available, even though it is stated that it is. The extra pillow given smells bad.

Good location. Friendly staff, worth of price

No lift and tired to go room at level 3.  Have coackroaches.

Ok nice kawasan..cuma kebersihan kena diutamakan ada lipas dan anak lipas..
