Hotel agradável, bom pequeno almoço. Localização, perto da auto estrada mas afastado dos pontos de interesse da cidade de Leiria.

We had a team meeting in the Hotel and everything went according to plan. The one's responsible for the Hotel were tireless in ensuring all the conditions and comfort so that our meeting took place as intended.

One of the best hotels i've stayed for a while considering the price. Excellent staff, especially on the reception. The hotel was clean and the food was decent. The pool and the spa were enjoyable. The superior room was quite confy. Had no troubles whatsoever

Second stay here, last one 2 years ago and delighted to say still superb. Standards are high from the first contact with reception staff, special mention to Tania who could not have been more helpful and charming. The staff go out of their way to give you the best stay. The manager took time out to talk to us and her attitude to guests and her own staff shines. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you for everything. (Irish coffee)Evening meal and breakfast were excellent also. We will be back again. By the way she said yes😁

This hotel sits on the outskirts of Leiria, and it is easy to get on to the road from there. The reception staff is very friendly, especially the young man. So is the young waiter in the restaurant at night. The food is pretty good. The hotel is modern and clean. It offers a spa area, which I did not use. The bed is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom is OK. Breakfast is very mediocre, and the coffee, unfortunately, terrible. Overall, ok.

We picked this hotel when passing through. It is right by the motorway yet we heard no noise. Nice view on the big outdoor swimming pool. The room was very big but not exactly cozy. Beds and bathroom ok, free internet, a small flat screen tv, small working desk. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included. We had supper in the hotel restaurant. Pretty long wait. The restaurant was again not cozy and weirdly decorated like the whole hotel. Food was ok. Lots of free parking space outside the hotel. To feel really comfortable, the hotel would need a decoration overhaul. It certainly has the potental.

The hotel is deceptive when viewed from a distance. Upon arrival, the registration process took a bit of time due to the number of people who arrived at the same time. Once checked in we were led to our room, which was very spacious and light. A very pleasant surprise if I’m honest. We also had allocated to us, a private garage which had access directly into our hotel room that we really needed for our hire car. The staff were very accommodating and took our comments and feedback on board. One thing that should possibly be highlighted is that the rooms do not have irons in them. This is useful especially for traveler’s from 🇬🇧 who expect this facility to be available in all 4 star hotels. Whilst not an issue, it was a shock to the system not to have an iron immediately available. Above all, a very pleasant stay at a stylish hotel with supportive and very hard working staff, who are willing to accommodate their guests.

Everything at the hotel is good except the gym equipment needs some love It needs a bit of rouge and lipstick 💄

From the initial enquiry contact with Luis on reception to the moment we left this Hotel was simply excellent in every way. I could not find the missing star but it must have been there somewhere, probably enjoying the great spa, resteraunt or room. All faultless. The Hotel is definitely a 5 star experience and punching way above its 4 stars. The effort and thoughtfullness of every staff member should be what all hotels of this type and above should be aiming for. The very best we have received in a very long while. Andre was exceptional in the resteraunt. Nothing too much trouble and telepathic quality service. A skill. Food was of a high standard from a young chef with flair and a obvious passion and superbly presented. The wine list had some fantastic reds from Alentejio, we took a recommended one that was excellent. The superior room was large, modern, tasteful with great bathroom with double jacuzzi bath. Downstairs the spa and indoor pool facilities were great, Turkish steam room, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and showers and loungers all great. Outdoor pool looks good too. The breakfast was a very complete hot or continental type, superb. Look no further. Exceptional Hotel and staff. Well done. Return assured.
