Art Hotel Downtown

酒店在市中心？位置不錯的。我是看中位置去的。心想藝術酒店應該有藝術范吧！失望至極。晚上一直有動動的聲音。無法睡覺。早餐是最差了，而且有很大的音樂聲音。讓你無法安靜的吃一個早飯。價格偏貴。千萬不要去訂這個酒店的房間。會讓你失望至極。

I loved the location. First room had a sewer smell, thus I asked to be changed to a different room which worked just fine. I stayed over 25 days here, and I chose a room facing the Main Street which was noisy, but I wanted to live the experience. Breakfast was ok, but if they don’t have enough guests, no buffet and you will get a plate of their choice. They lack the experience when it comes to American coffee!!! Loved the staff at the restaurant and the front desk, but they have a so “called manager” who greatly lacks the hospitality experience, so don’t expect them to receive anything and hold it on your behalf. I had to cancel appointments and be tardy to events due to this unavailable service. I had to wait for my laundry to be delivered as they will not do that on my behalf, and I had to wait for packages to be delivered due to the fact that they will not provide this simple kind of hospitality. This is the main reason for gave them one star, but If you don’t mind this last point, then it is the hotel for you.

Good hotel in good location, i hope to go again to this hotel. friendly staff and clean , they have four floor restaurant that I eat in it , the menu is diverse and good tasty . the price for every thing is fair .

The location of this hotel is convenient for shopping and walking to local attractions but unfortunately, that is the only good thing that I can say about it. It is dirty, the halls are dark and dreary and felt dangerous at night time. My door did not have an extra security lock and the peephole was blocked so that you could not see who was knocking. The towel (they only give you one towel per room) was grey and hard from wear and tear and felt dirty. The lobby is very dark and loaded with old dirty furniture. There is no place to sit and connect with fellow travelers. You must walk past shops to get into the lobby so it is difficult to find, look for the small sign on front of building between the shops if you must stay here. By far the worst hotel that I stayed in while in Jordan. If you can, stay elsewhere.

We stopped here for the first 2 nights on a Women’s Expedition tour of Jordan. It was a bad introduction to that beautiful country. Whilst it is conveniently centrally located the downside to that is it is on a busy road junction in Downtown Amman and the hotel was extremely noisy as it doesn’t have adequate sound proofing. Traffic runs until the early hours of the morning, honking and tooting, and this started again early morning. If you are lucky you will also have a traffic officer tooting his whistle for hours too. The entrance to the lobby is a corridor of attractive souvenir shops with beautiful lighting and the lobby itself stunning with its reproduction of The Treasury of Petra. There is a lift to all floors which is good but if you want to use stairs it’s a bit of a grubby adventure. The rooms are basic but have a/c and a nicely decorated wall (art?). The beds reasonably comfortable but the bathroom was old and tired and needed a good clean. In my washbasin I had some urinal balls which gave the bathroom a horrid smell. Breakfast whilst a good view from the top floor, was basic. Fresh omelettes but limited average mezze and presented with not much care. No fruit.

It was in the centre but you couldn’t stay The one room worst than the other So much dusty on the beds And hairs on the pillows. The window of the rooms you couldn’t close.

Amazing hotel with amazing stuff it's very nice hotel with a nice coffee shop in the 4 flower i would like to visit this place again, and the important thing is the hotel is very clean and comfortable

This hotel is Fabulous at every aspect and it is underrated. It should be rated 4 STARTS! 1. Customer service is excellent! 2. Staff at the reception are tremendously helpful, welcoming, friendly and genuinely try to make your stay pleasant! 3. The ambience of the hotel restaurant is phenomenal! Food is delicious. Waiters are friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service. They go out of their way to help you. For instance, the restaurant kitchen at the hotel closes at 10:30PM. No more food is available. However, if you're hungry, they are willing to order food for you from the neighboring restaurants and bring it to you! So, I really appreciate their effort! At night, the lights are dimed as they play variety of music. It gives you a sense of tranquility. 4. Location is exquisite! The Art Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! 5. Housekeeping was great and helpful. 6. Cleaniness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. Everyone in this hotel works hard and really appreciate their endeavors!

Floors in bedrooms were absolutely filthy, daily cleaning cursory at best. Had to wear footwear at all times because the floors were so dirty. Rooms are exceptionally noisy - you will be kept awake by traffic and loud music well into the night. Breakfast choice was extremely poor/non-existent. In short - pick somewhere else.
