Amman West Hotel

Stayed here as part of a tour accommodation. staff are helpful. We hd their breakfast and dinner buffet. Food is a hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes just okay, but would definitely make you through the day till you can have your lunch somewhere. A bit far from the center, would need a taxi to go there. Some things in room like phone would benefit an upgrade.

Very tired. Almost everything in the bathroom was broken. Pillows were hideous, uncomfortable, lumpy. Breakfast was very limited and not tasty, the pastries were like bricks and the toaster didn't work. Loud music until late due to a wedding function. Location is a decent taxi ride to town. Room was clean. Wifi was good. Would definitely not stay again.

Relatively new structure in the modern area of Amman. Very large room. Very clean room and bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi available in the room and in the common areas. Safe and fridge (with freezer compartment) available. Kind and attentive staff. Very abundant English/continental buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Swimming pool not used. Very good quality/price ratio.

Don't go there on the weekend. The space is rented for parties until the middle of the night. It is impossible to sleep. You have to wait until the end of the party. If you want a room to sleep, it is not the good one. And the reception doesn't care at all. They make money with parties.

Nice and quiet hotel tasty food with great variety on breakfast also they have a section for healthy food , friendly and helpful staff they speak English. Great location , only 3 $ by taxi you can visit the downtown and old Amman town ( Rainbow street ). The room is nice and clean with great views to the city of amman For sure I will be back next time.

Amazing staff friendly, rooms clean and quiet, breakfast buffet international and good , swimming pool and dinner was good 👍 I will visit it soon and recommendto my friends, they have free parking

Overall, the establishment is great, but what makes me write a comment is because of the kindness of Loay, the restaurant Manager. He knows how to welcome you and make your stay comfortable, especially at breakfast time. Thanks Loay ;) !!!!

One of the best hotels that I stayed in The hotel is new , very clean The food very good specially Dinner was great, the staff very friendly , everyone in the hotel were extremely attentive and really cared about ensuring their guests were comfortable The room view was stunning . The location is very good near to downtown
