Hotel services is nice, only issue is location a bit not in the center

It was great experience i loved the service and everything thank you Bristol for your amazing work and services…. Everything is amazing but It requires regular maintenance and follow-up of services and constantly checking on customers. Thank you again and it is certain that this is an experience that will be repeated.

Everything went amazing the food was great, the service was more than amazing, staff were super friendly and nice especially mohammad, Yousef and Suzan they were extremely nice and sweet im thankful for them also rooms are always clean, breakfast was amazing and we feel really comfortable here, best hotel in Amman no doubt.

I am very happy to say that i had a good time with Bristol family😀! Great place to stay, great location and helpful staff! Congrats to all the personel for their kindness and professionalism! My stay was excellent and i was very well received! Highly recommended! A big compliment to chef Hamada, for his delicious food and for his kindness and sympathy! I am an American who travels a lot, and have stayed in many hotels around the world. As I planned my trip to Amman Jordan, I heard that Americans have stayed in this place, so naturally I've stayed at this hotel for almost 11 days. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I got scammed by the hotel managers of all. One of the managers scammed me, and when I complained to his boss, whom promised me to take care of the situation and correct it, he ended up being a liar, so I went above him to his manager, whom turned out to be even a bigger lair. In total 4 managers who all of them turned out to be lairs and covering for each other. I think this place targets Americans and then when you catch them in the act, the pretend to want to correct the situation but lie to you so that they waste your time and end up leaving without getting what you are owed. In a nut shell, this place is no good, targets people to scam them out of money of course, then lie to you. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL, I found many better places than this dump.

Stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Aman Jordan, lovely hotel with pool in dining room, food was buffet excellent choices As occupancy was lower than usual we got upgraded to a suite which was fabulous Hotel has lovely shop selling jewellery which is little more expensive that downtown quality of the jewellery is good and the lady of the shop was very helpful and pleasent

This is a nice hotel with comfortable beds and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff - apart from one on reception were all really friendly and helpful. The concierge was really lovely and arranged a perfect trip for us with just one phone call. Breakfast is a little chaotic - getting cups, glasses and cutlery sometimes involved a hunt or a wait, getting coffee was a real pain - it was often easiest to help yourself if you could find the coffee jug! The pastries were all a little dry and undercooked but the freshly cooked omelettes, waffles and flatbreads were absolutely delicious as long as you were prepared to wait a while for them. There is a really good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. We arrived too late for dinner but had supper boxes in our room with sandwiches, fruit, tomatoes and cake. There was no information about dinner arrangements- there was a menu in our room but it looked as if there was a buffet dinner and we weren’t given any information about it. Price? There are several restaurants at the end of the road and we ate there. We had a lovely suite but unfortunately the function room was right above us and there was music until 2.30am both nights - make sure you have ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay - we had hoped to have some time relaxing by the pool before our flight home. We would have booked a different hotel if we had known this. There was also no outside sitting area to relax in which was a shame. Taxis outside are very efficient and reliable.

I recently attended a meeting at Bristol Hotel and I have to say the experience was amazing, from the moment that you arrive you are welcomed with a smile, with our meeting we had lunch and again the food and service were amazing, we all asked that out next meeting be in Bristol Hotel.
