너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 역에서도 적당하고 성당도 멀지 않아요. 저희는 걸어다녔어요. 전혀 멀다는 느낌 아니였어요. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다시 간다면 이호텔에 숙박할것 같아요

We stayed 3 nights in one of the ”atico” rooms on the 4th floor. The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We had a nice time here overall. I'm not a fan of slanted ceilings and did bump my head a couple times. The hotel room was very clean and daily housekeeping did a nice job. It was very nice of them to provide daily bottled water. The room was pretty spacious but not all areas were useful due to the slanted ceiling. I would have liked to have an extra chair or bench in the room, in the slanted areas, and also bathroom, to place personal items. Just a suggestion for improvement that would be fairly easy for the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Santiago again.

Bad ,, Bad .. Bad.. What a piece of junk this hotel is. The receptionists were great but then things go downhill from that point on. Then I want to use the bathroom in the lobby but it is under service. It is cordoned for but no one is working there for hours. And when it is working, it is only for 1 person at a time. There is no urinal. They gave me room 115. I walked in and felt the floor buckle. There is a bubble and not even. In my opinion, this room shouldn’t be rented out to anyone. Then the wifi didn’t work. Then the shower head fixture is loose and water is spraying all over the place. The door slams shut and you can hear door slamming at any time. The hotel is a bit far from central. The breakfast has ham and cheese so it is quite adequate. For what I got , it can’t charge anyone more than 30 Euros a night because of the above. The most annoying is the WiFi. When I told the receptionist, he said it is working now which is Bull S _ _ _. It never worked and if when it did, it worked sporadically. I would say don’t stay there , unless the only other option is sleep on a park bench. What a way to end my Camino. A pension in Pedrouzo which cost much less but a magnitude better in service.

Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen. Yes, it's noisy. Yes, you can see some items dated. I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition. Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals though. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is excellent - close to public transport, close to old town, but not too close. Shops just outside and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitively use them again. Just one small thing: while wifi signal is decent, they should think of upgrading their internet connection, offered speeds would be sufficient in 2005, not in 2023. Had to switch to 4G to do anything.

메인 구시가지에 걸어서 15분정도 거리에 위치해 있습니다 저렴하고 이름은 호스텔이지만 개별 욕실을 가진 호텔입니다 욕조도 있구요 방음이 살짝 안되긴하지만 그건 오래된 건물특성상 어쩔수없어보이네요 머물기 편안했어요

Bâtiment avec beaucoup de charme et parfaitement situé pour la visite de la ville. Attention pour les personnes qui auraient des problèmes de mobilité : plusieurs endroits avec des marches. Les chambres dites ”vue sur le jardin” correspondent en fait à des chambres ”avec portes sur le jardin”. Le petit jardin-patio en question est agréable et bien entretenu. Demander chambres en hauteur pour la clarté. Les chambres ne sont pas bien grandes, mais la literie est bonne. Beaucoup d'emplacements joliment aménagés dans les parties communes avec fauteuils et petites tables pour se retrouver entre clients amis ou en famille. Prestations qui peuvent sembler un peu limitées pour un 4 étoiles. Par exemple, pas de miroir grossissant ni de boîte de mouchoirs dans la salle de bains. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel efficace et discret. Séjour de 2 nuits bien agréable, hôtel tranquille et pratique pour le tourisme en ville.
