모든 게 완벽해요! 유일한 단점은 바 서비스였는데, 직원이 주문을 받고 처리하는 데 매우 주의가 산만했습니다.

레스토랑은 정말 최고였어요! 프란체스코는 정말 친절했고, 전망은 아름다웠고, 서비스는 정말 대단했고, 음식은 정말 맛있었어요! 음료는 환상적이었고, 안티파스티부터 프리미, 세컨디까지 모든 것이 훌륭했어요. 아트라니나 아말피 지역을 방문하거나 머무는 모든 사람에게 추천하고 싶어요. 우리가 먹은 최고의 식사였어요!

어머니의 꿈은 항상 아말피를 방문하는 것이었습니다. 라벨로에서 3박을 한 후, 우리는 아말피 마을의 Hotel Luna Convento에서 3박을 했는데, 정말 완벽했습니다!!! 어머니는 엉덩이가 나빠서 멀리 또는 오래 걸을 수 없어서 오후에 호텔 방에서 그림을 그리셨습니다. 전망이 정말 훌륭했습니다! 스위트룸이 얼마나 넓은지 깜짝 놀랐고, 바다와 아말피 마을이 내려다보이는 전면 발코니는 정말 완벽했습니다. 어머니는 이 호텔이 유럽 여행 한 달 동안의 하이라이트라고 말씀하셨습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었고, 머무는 동안 모든 것이 훌륭했고, 이곳에서의 특별한 추억을 영원히 간직할 것입니다! 감사합니다!!

비참한 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 오래되었고, 샤워 문이 벽에서 부러져 욕실 바닥으로 물이 쏟아졌습니다. 1박에 1,000달러를 주고 스위트룸으로 업그레이드했는데 방은 모기와 좀으로 가득했습니다. 전망은 좋았지만 그게 전부였습니다. 마지막 날 아침 아무런 경고 없이 조식 뷔페가 취소되었고 프런트 데스크는 주방 탓이라며 몰랐다고 했습니다. 이상했습니다. 택시를 불러달라고 부탁했는데, 호텔 측에서 차량 서비스를 불러서 120유로를 청구했습니다. 유럽 휴가 기간 동안 8개의 다른 호텔에 머물렀는데, 그 중 일부는 오래되고 아름다웠습니다. 이 호텔은 그저 오래되고 더러웠습니다. 그리고 직원들은 이상했습니다. 호텔을 떠날 때 열쇠를 두고 가라고 했고 우리의 모든 움직임을 알고 싶어하는 듯했습니다. 다른 곳에 머물 것을 강력히 추천합니다. 100% 선불해야 했고 이제 그 이유를 알게 되었습니다.

Hotel is nice the restaurant was good breakfast was really good. The views from restaurant were really nice. The rooms were dated but they cleaned them nicely. The pool was a bit of all hike it was 70 steps down to the pool. It was nice next to the ocean no services available down by pool. The location was ok it was a little hike to town like a 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Staff was friendly however the day we checked in the check in time was 2 pm rooms weren’t ready so we killed time in town came back at 3:30 still weren’t ready was frustrating. The day of check out which was at 12 noon we asked if we could extend it until 2 and they said no. Last thing we were with another couple and we got stuck in the elevator the max person for any elevator in hotel was 4 they were tiny.

This review reflects the experience of two well-travelled guests with plenty of world-wide experience on which to base comments. Overview....................this hotel is comfortable with a high standard of service. The building is unique and fascinating. It offers superb views of Amalfi which is only about 10 minutes gentle walk away. Reception..................extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. Requests are attended to quickly. The night porter was on hand immediately at 5.00 a.m. to collect our bags for departure. Our packed breakfasts were waiting for us. Room....................(Superior, Sea View) Lots of space. A large, sitting room sparsely furnished with antiques, opening on to a small balcony with a wonderful view of the bay and the town. Ten stairs up to the bedroom. Very comfortable bed and, again, lots of space. On the minus side, there was no dressing table or mirror of any sort in the bedroom. Sleep quality was very good. Quiet and effective A/C Bathroom.............well appointed but small. A good shower, plenty of hot water. Large bath towels, linen hand towels. Restaurant.....................again, the wonderful view and excellent service from smartly turned-out staff. A wide variety at the buffet breakfast. An interesting dinner menu, well cooked and well presented. Wine by the glass if you prefer. The cloister and courtyard...............................a peaceful area for drinks. Sitting with a glass of wine on a warm moonlit evening was just the sort of holiday memory we looked for. Swimming pool...........................80 steps down. Not a large pool but clean and not crowded. To-your-chair drinks service available. Beach..........the hotel does not have a beach. Finally..................be prepared for a one and a half hour (approx) transfer to/from Naples airport.

This stunningly beautiful hotel is a perfect location in Amalfi, just 500 metres from the square. It is in a former convent, with an excellent standard of accommodation, service and wonderful staff. With amazing views, and lovely terraces, this really captures the beauty and grandeur of Amalfi. It has an excellent restaurant in the hotel, with a lovely courtyard , filled with lemon trees , for aperitifs or after dinner coffee. There is a sister restaurant across the road ( Ristorante con Terrazza soul Mare) which is also amazing and a must !

Wonderfully kind staff who genuinely care about the guest experience. Francesco in the bar (and restaurant) is very passionate about service and went out of his way to accommodate. The restaurant has a nice modestly pric3d wine list (great value) with views from the terrace at La Veranda that are to die for - it must be the best kept secret in Amalfi which was just fine to us! Andrea and Salvatore are wonderful managers and have built a wonderful service culture! We highly recommend this gem of a hotel for your stay in Amalfi.

Beautiful iconic hotel just a 7 min walk from the downtown area. The views from the room are spectacular, the hotel staff is wonderful and friendly. Super clean rooms. Amazing breakfast with a view included. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the amalfi coast. The history of the property is also very interesting as a prior convent. We were a little disappointed the pool doesn’t open until May 1 but still had an amazing time.

Great location and views, friendly staff. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The history of the hotel is really fascinating and the location can’t be beat. It’s just a short walk to town, the beach area and down the hill from Atrani. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information about where to explore in the area. The dinner in the restaurant was one of our favorite meals of our trip!

The location of the hotel is greatIt is near the pier. Also very short walk to town and shopping. Amalfi is beautiful. The hotel is older . It is authentic. Lay out is a little different. The staff extremely helpful and nice. If you have small children the road to get to town may be an issue. The pool is also across the street but next to the hotel, and right on the water. .If you want super modern this is not for you. It is clean , and has a lot to offer. location , pool, and i the views from hotel are amazing.

We had a small but lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Amalfi Drive. It is not suited for people who have trouble getting in & out of the tub for a shower. The food was good & views were spectacular. If they had hand rails in the tub I would have given it 5 stars. Amalfi is beautiful.

This hotel was really beautiful. The views are spectacular!!! Mostly, I have to say the service was outstanding! The front desk staff was very nice, professional, and kind. Antonio was always smiling. And all made sure we were happy. The wait staff, Francisco went of of his way to make sure our group was taken care of!! He also made great drinks!! I only have good things to say about this hotel. And I would definitely come back!

Raffaello, the gentleman who served us, is wonderful! He went out of his way to make us feel like family. We treated ourselves to delicious wine and appetizers in one of the most beautiful settings in Amalfi. We all left both relaxed and rejuvenated, like always! This has been a must for us for over 25 years. The Luna is simply the star of the Amalfi Coast!
