Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, prezzo nella media !!

Non è possibile che nel 2024 ci siano alberghi di categoria 4 stelle con un confort così scadente e internamente ancora anni 70.tenuto male Le camere piccole e bagni obsoleti ,personale con atteggiamenti superficiali accoglienza pessima.per non parlare del servizio ristorante con proposte di cibi di scarsa qualità dove in mezza pensione viene conteggiata l'acqua a parte nella cena, colazione scarsa e se chiedi un secondo caffè ti chiedono di pagarlo a parte Insomma un esperienza da non ripetere ma assolutamente da non consigliare! Le foto pubblicate nei siti di vendita del servizio sono non uguali alla realtà!

Fabulous hotel. Just returned from a stay here and would throughly recommend. All staff were welcoming polite and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Front of house staff wonderful particularly Sergio who went out of his way to help us however he could. Room’s adequate and cleaned well they had a small fridge and air con which was much needed in the August heat. Breakfast food tasty with enough to choose from. Wonderful location for day trips to Florence and Pisa.Will definitely return.

Esperienza orrenda. Camera sporca piena di polvere e abbiamo trovato residui di assorbente femminile a terra. Doccia non funzionante. Erogava solo acqua bollente e un filino di acqua fredda. Segnalato alla reception ma indifferenza come risposta. Da evitare assolutamente

Our bus group stayed in this hotel October 24/22. We had a scheduled dinner in the dining room for the whole tour group on that night. One of our group came back to her room and noticed that $200 euro were missing from her wallet. She immediately phoned our tour director and he said that she probably lost it on the bus and we would look for it in the morning when we left. We got on the bus and he announced that she was missing her money and could we look around us and see if it was there. It was not found on the bus but then people started looking in their purses and 5 of us had money missing. The 5 of us were the only ones to leave their purses in the room the night before when we went to dinner. OUr tour director wrote up a report and sent it to the hotel. They came back saying that they did an investigation and found nothing on their video. So the tour director assumed that whoever took the money came through the window (we were on the third floor). Four of us had our windows open but the 5th person had hers locked. So clearly the hotel is lying and trying to cover their butts because they don't want to lose the tour operator's business. So if you decide to stay in this hotel, please keep your money with you at all times.

Inizio col dire che al mio arrivo nelle stanza trovo ciocche di capelli in bagno e la tavoletta macchiata di Dio solo sa cosa. Il mattino seguente, al mio risveglio, mi sveglio e trovo la stanza allagata dal frigobar che perdeva. Doccia che erogava solo acqua incandescente. Nemmeno la colazione è stata una consolazione: caffè da una macchinetta che sapeva di bruciato, succo che sembrava un medicinale scaduto. Ma il peggio è il personale indisponente e maleducato. Mi rammarica scrivere queste cose ma è stata davvero una brutta esperienza.

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better trea**ent paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

Old hotel but renovated rooms which are okay for the price. Poor breakfast.

Lovely hotel, great staff very friendly.. Swimming pool and great lunch. Clean pleasant rooms. Great location to visit Alto
