非常讚的酒店，地理位置、工作人員服務態度都很棒，適合家人朋友度假，每天都有安排一些不同的互動活動，餐廳的味道也很不錯，一定會再次入住。

Just enjoyed a lovely week at this fabulous hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean, we loved the location. We upgraded to a sea view room and the view was beautiful. There were 3 of us in our room so it was cozy, but fine when you fold the sofa bed away. Some coat hooks would have been useful. The lounge areas are beautifully decorated, light & airy, plenty places to sit and relax. The pool area is stunning, we especially enjoyed sitting on the sofas taking in the view and it was great to have the pool bar open in winter. Very good choice of food in the restaurant, we stayed half board, well worth it. We also visited the on site beautician Beatrice, very experienced professional lady, we were all impressed with our trea**ents. The tram stop is a 5/10 minute walk straight across the road from the hotel, here you can get to Denia, Benidorm and Alicante, cheap & easy. You can walk along the beach into Altea or just out of the hotel and cross the bridge. About 15/20 minute walk. Great selection of bars & restaurants along the seafront towards the port. And of course you can walk up into the old town of Altea with its beautiful quaint streets, shops, galleries bars & restaurants. If you are looking for more traditionally Spanish and not English pubs or bars, you will love the hotels location. Good place for walkers and excellent place for cyclists. We were fascinated watching all the professional teams who stay here. And finally, Alexandro who is the resident chief entertainer, he sneaks up on you like a ninja to join his events, which we did most evenings. All the staff were warm, friendly, polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. We will absolutely definitely be returning regularly. We booked a jet2 package, great value for money.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful obviously very happy place to work. The whole hotel was very clean and the food was tasty with a large variety of foods to suit everyone. The hotel has a courtesy bus which leaves every 30 mins or so and takes you along the promenade in the new town of Altea and also takes you to Altea pueblo (old town) which is beautiful . We had such a lovely couple of days and I would highly recommend a stay here.....we will definately return.

Chose this hotel as we had enjoyed Altea on our last trip to Alicante. On trip advisor this scores well for location and reviews so we opted to book. Wish we had chosen another hotel Location It does feel quite isolated in comparison to the locality . Handy for the tram to other locations but nothing very nearby. Nearest decent restaurant a good 10-15 mins away. Rooms Very clean and possibly one of the best sleeps I’ve had on holiday. Food Now this is my biggest issue. I know hotel food never gets a great review but in this case I’m going to justify it. The combination of over cooked meat and undercooked other foodstuffs is not good . Also when travelling with others who have food allergies and have to be careful what they eat it can be complex. we decided to eat at the hotel one night (rainy outdoors) - pork steak was inedible (very tough) and the fish was tasteless and full of bones . Others opted to eat VERY lightly due to lack of choice - not worth the money spent ! My tip is if you can get a taxi or tram into town and eat elsewhere do so! Breakfast for me is ok ( bar the watery porridge) Did complain about the food on the evening we eat here and were offered a cabana or a bottle of cava instead (2 days later) maybe the cabana would have been more edible - we declined the offer .

First of all i wanna call it Cap Regret The hotel is nice clean but the food is the worst food ive eaten in a long time Breakfast is full of overcooked meat bacon you could relay raods with it dinner 25 euro for over cooked meats and not a lot of choice if you like.food gladly we only ate once that was more than enough complained about the quality and choice but not happy with how they dealt with it 2 days later a bottle of cave or a balinese bed just refund 50euros that would have been the better choice and the jet2 rep was not of any use þhis is all my opinion dont eat in this hotel it looks nice its pretty clean but the food is DREADFUL

This is a really nice hotel and overall a positive experience, I am giving it the full rating but if there was a 4.5 that would be a true reflection of our experience. Like others have said they did ask when we booked in if we wanted to upgrade our room to a sea view room at a cost of €25 per night, we did this as they advised our room was not a good room overlooking the car park. On reflection we should have looked at our original room as the room was no bigger just had a sea view. I could not fault the standard of the hotel it was very well maintained, lovely pool area with lots of sun beds and seating areas. The staff were always helpful and friendly, top class. We were on full board and I would say the food was good, above average for your usual buffet dining, lots of choice. however if you want a really good gourmet experience I would go bed and breakfast in future as there are many restaurants in the area to choose from. Also for us we were disappointed by how many large groups there were in the dining area, numerous long tables seating up to 16 people, very busy, noisy and with very few tables for two. Be prepared this is a cycling hotel that specialises for large groups and this was not advertised as such with TUI who we travelled with. If you’re ok with this then I would recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic place to stay. Not really for children. Great for couples. We had everything we wanted. Good food, lovely friendly staff. It's a 20 minute walk into Altea town but that was our exercise. Toy can get a bus which comes hourly until 4pm ish. The love customer experience team will assist you.

We have just come home after our third stay in the last six months. The previous stays we have always been impressed with Cap Negret for the location, the helpful staff, the standard of rooms and whole hotel but this time we were disappointed somewhat right from arrival in the car park. When we pulled up in the car park at the side of the hotel looked up at the side of the building and it looked like a second rate apar**ent block not a four star hotel there were bikes stored on the balconies along with there travelling boxes, washing hanging up all over the place. I know the hotel is geared up for the cyclists but i understand there facilities provided for them for storage, laundry etc. The restaurant can be a nigh**are when the cycling groups descend enmass some feel it is acceptable to come in still in sweaty cycling gear not nice for anybody else at the buffet. We were literally pushed out of the way a couple of times by them in their rush to get to the food and unacceptable that some of them were grabbing food with their hands which is a hygiene risk they seem totally unaware of other paying guests in the hotel. We felt that the ordinary paying guest comes second to the cyclists.

A lovey hotel with staff who go out of there way to make you feel very welcome and are always on hand to help The restaurant has a buffet style with good quality food and lots of choices We stayed here with family to celebrate husband’s birthday and was surprised with a complementary birthday cake Will definitely return
