호텔 베스트 알카사르(Hotel Best Alcazar)

호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 선베드가 많고 하위 침대가 없어 정말 좋았습니다. 레스토랑의 음식은 친절한 직원들과 함께 매우 좋았습니다. 스페인 관광객을 대상으로 한 호텔이라 영어를 못하는 몇몇 직원들과 의사소통이 어려웠습니다. 취사 가능한 아파트는 훌륭했지만 주방은 기본에 충실했고, 발코니에 건조 시설도 거의 없어서 문제였습니다. 그렇지 않으면 며칠 동안 머물기에 좋습니다.

시설은 좋았으나 훌륭하지는 않았습니다. 벽은 얇았고, 물품을 살 수 있는 현지 슈퍼마켓도 없었고, 음식의 질도 상당히 나빴습니다. 리셉션 직원은 약간 무례했고 다리미/다리미판을 제공할 수 없었습니다. 하지만 발코니에서 보이는 풍경이 너무 예뻤고, 테니스장도 무료였고 전체적인 분위기도 매우 쾌적했습니다. 또한 리조트가 산 꼭대기에 있고 근처에 카페나 상점이 없기 때문에 해변으로 가려면 자동차가 필요하거나 무료 버스를 이용해야 합니다.

Best staff ever bar manager bar staff jaun and alveras and all the others,receptionist with painted glitter nails wasl lovely,everyone including chambermaids very pleasant and helpfull.Only down side they need better signage to reach pool bar and access pool area i watched peoplefrom my balcony walk in circles.

An excellent two day stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. A very acceptable complimentary cake and bottle of bubbly arrived just after check in. This hotel is set on a hill with sea views but a car essential as nothing within easy walking distance. The hotel last week was not used by any British tour companies so visitors mostly from Spain and food style similar. Breakfast and evening buffets were wide-ranging and delicious. Good range of seafood and desserts to gorge on! Room was a good size and very clean. Bathroom had been refurbished relatively recently. WiFi worked in our room even though on fifth floor. The hotel has a bowling alley, also plenty of pool tables and fun attractions for children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

The hotel is great- we had a really good week. One of our party has a gluten intolerance and the hotel could not do enough for us and provided plenty of food and snacks. On the whole we found the staff to be happy and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, there was plenty of room at the different pools, even when people put their towels out early. Towels can be hired from the spa for use round the pool, so you dont need to bring towels with you. They can be changed daily. The food was lovely and varied, with food themed nights. Sometimes some of the food wasn't piping hot, but that's to be expected in a buffet dining room catering for that amount of people! The drinks were all branded even the alcohol and included cocktails. We quickly realised this is a hotel where the Spanish holiday, and as such the evening entertainment was all in spanish- maybe it's different during busier seasons. A few things we felt could be tweaked- not necessarily criticism- there is no kettle in the rooms- we British love a tea! However there was a hob and saucepan so we made do. In the dining room, the coffee machines are available at breakfast, but tea bags are put away in a cupboard, so you have to get the attention of the very busy staff and ask for some. - why can't they be left out? And there is no tea or coffee available during lunch or dinner. The staff in the dining rooms are very busy and drinks are table service only so sometimes there is a long wait for drinks. We may well come back again as this hotel fit our needs.

we stayed for 3 nights it was my birthday and the hotel gave me a bottle of bubbly and a hugh cake we were very gratefull for it plenty of things going on at the hotel lovely walking distance to the port and the town

El hotel Best Alcazar me parece muy buena opción . Destacaría su profesionalidad , su comida y el equipo de animación . La verdad que en cuanto a calidad y precio comparado con otros hoteles, tiene una nota muy alta. Opción para repetir otros años

We booked as a last minute thing and went self catering, because it stated there where bars and restaurants not far from the hotel/apartment ,we noticed as soon as we got here it was up in the hills hidden and we didn't see 1 bar or restaurant on our way ,infact it cost us 15 euro each way sometimes more to get the the nearest stone beach where there was a couple of bars and restaurants but they all sold mostly fish/sea food ,bit of a struggle when some of us don't like fish, at first I was impressed with the size of the apartment and the cleanliness of it and the beds where comfy aswell , then I realised there where coffee cups but no kettle and no toaster or grill ,just 2 hobs and a microwave ,there isn't 1 shop around the hotel that sells the assentials ,bread, milk ect you have to travel and pay 30 euros and even then its a 30 minute wait for a taxi everytime ,we spent an absolute fortune on taxi fair and we had to walk back from the beach on our last day because apparently there wasn't any taxis available, we ordered a pizza at the bar because that was the only thing they had for us and it wasn't cooked ,the cheese wasn't even melted, we where left with dirty sheets for 3 days and we then had to ask them to change them even then , there wasn't any toilet roll left for us when we ran out ,and the floor of the apartment wasnt swept or mopped once in the week we was there they did however give us clean towels ,I was stood at the bar with my 10 year old waiting for a drink and the bar man looked right over me and served the person behind me (this happened a few times) it's a hotel for local spanish people on there holidays not a tourist hotel , so there wasnt anyone who spoke much english and it made everything 10x harder we didn't feel welcome at all by the staff , our kids wasn't asked to get involved in the pool games or anything else for that matter they walked past us ,we also got served the all inclusive drinks rather than the proper drinks and got charged the same ,we know this because one of the bar men told another one he was serving us the wrong drinks ,we only realised this on the second to last day ,

Hotel is near village Le Herredura, you can go to this village and supermercado by feet but also when you have all inclusive option by bus-Julia every half hour. Room was clean and every Day cleaned by Staff. Beach isn't sandy. Tere are Rocks in the beach. Staff in hotel is friendly but more friendly to Spanish People.
