Céntrico y con buenas instalaciones. Mejorable: Poner toallas limpias a diario

12 euros por entrar en la habitación a las 13:30?? Impresentable

La habitación es grande pero las valdas del armario estaban rotas. El baño con el lavabo roto y el desagüe atascado. Las toallas de ducha pequeñas y gastadas. El secador de pelo roto y sucio. Los portarrollos del papel higiénico también rotos. Colchones sin funda. La habitación no la limpiaban hasta las 5 de la tarde

Habitacion y baño muy amplios , cama comoda y grande,buena relaccion calidad precio, ubicacion muy buena.

El hotel está muy bien, el precio bastante bien, pero OJO el parking hay que pagar, no te lo informan hasta que vas a salir del hotel y te cobran 10 euros por una noche, por lo menos eso me ocurrió. Tras entregar las tarjetas, el recepcionista me llama la atención y me dice que tengo que pagar el parking, cuando él mismo me atendió a la entrada el día anterior y no me informó de nada.

Good location in the centre of town. But oh dear, No English spoken by any of the reception staff. When we booked in I immediately went to reception to try and change the room as the aircon was leaking and the room smelled badly of cig smoke, and had a full ashtray. Unfortunately, as no one spoke English, nothing got sorted and we had to stay in that room. Not good. The next morning, in the restaurant one of the staff spoke English and I mentioned the problems. He went to reception had a conversation and came back and told me I was wrong, as there is no smoking in the rooms.

I have just checked in to the hotel again, after staying here for a night last week. The room I am in this time is even worse than last. Again, as with the room last week, the A/C does not work, only blowing hot air. Again, there is no mini-bar, as advertised, only an empty fridge, without even a complementary bottle of water. There is no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities, only plastic glasses. The window has no black-out curtains, only nets.The window shutter, once it went up will not come back down, so the room is illuminated by the outside lights. I reported these problems to the receptionist and was told that none of the rooms have cold a/c. He told me that a maintenance man would come up to fix the shutters in 20 minutes. That was two hours ago, while I have been waiting. The guy has just turned up now and told me the same story; that the a/c doesn't work in any of the rooms. I am considering going to sleep in the lobby because it is considerably cooler down there. If I open the window, I have the outside play area one floor below. All in all, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. It certainly does not come anywhere near the standards of other 4* hotels and does not provide the services or facilities that it advertises. Tomorrow, when I check out, I will be asking the manager for a refund. Even though the booking was made as non-refundable, I believe it is unfair that I am not getting the services I have paid for. I would advise anyone reading this to book elsewhere.

We arrived late in the afternoon , and in torrential rain. We were given a room on the 4th floor. When we went in it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I went to reception and explained but was just told “ you are not allowed to smoke in the room “ no offer to change the room. When I put the A/c on it turned out it was leaking condensate into the room quite badly, and appeared to have been for some time. I reported it to reception this morning but the lady did not speak English, so possibly not understood. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as well. Definitely not a 4star hotel.

Christmas Eve excellent services we had beef and croquetas which was amazing I kind of missed #paiva #wine but we had palacio quemado that nonetheless represents ok the wines of Tierra de Barros so the amazing is as top as it can be in Extremadura Merry Christmas to all and congrats to the Acosta Team.

UN FRAUDE TOTALl!!! Nos regalaron una caja La vida es Bella, concretamente las “Mil y una noches para soñar” (para que sueñes en o que tenía que haber sido, supongo!) Esta incluía 2 noches de hotel y 2 desayunos o en su defecto Una noche en habitación superior, desayuno buffet y cena o experiencia según hotel. Nosotros elegimos la opción 1 noche en habitación Superior, cena degustación y desayuno buffet en el hotel Acosta Centro de Almendralejo. Si vas en régimen de alojamiento estándar y media pensión es correcto el servicio, pero como se te ocurra reservar con La vida es Bella en lugar de lo contratado recibirás lo básico. En lugar de habitación Superior, te darán una estándar alegando que ellos no disponen de ese tipo de habitación solo estándar y suite! Vamos, que te quedas con la estándar!! En lugar de cena degustación, os servirán un Menú cerrado muy rico eso sí, compuesto de entrantes, ensalada, plato principal, postre y botella de vino (esa si, degustación ya que era buen vino de la zona) Y en lugar de desayuno Buffet disfrutareis de un desayuno continental cerrado compuesto de plato de fruta, jamón serrano y york, tostadas de pan, acompañadas de tarrinas de iberitos, tomate y mantequilla, café y zumo y cuando pidáis algo de bollería de chocolate os ofrecerán unos sobaos que es lo único de bollería que entra en el desayuno. Muy fuerte!!!! Como digo, todo muy correcto en calidad si contratas una habitación Standar a media pensión. Pero si les reclamas te indican que es lo que tienen contratado con La vida es bella aunque les facilites la reserva donde indican los servicios contratados con esta. El hotel Muy Cutre a la hora de atender la reclamación de un cliente que saben que tiene razón.

El hotel bien. Las camareras, lo peor que he visto en tiempo. Lentas como ellas solas, sin ganas de trabajar, parece que no hablan ni español o que tienen problemas auditivos por qué hay que repetirles las cosas 20 veces, casi gritando y como si fuese a un niño de 3 años, se les olvidan todas las cosas. Una de ellas evita el contacto visual para que no se le pueda pedir y te sientes como el dueño de un perro al que llamas y no hace caso. No he puesto una reseña en mi vida pero lo que he visto en este restaurante es digno de estudio.

Nos han dado de primer plato en el menú unos garbanzos, medio frío, desechos ,de segundo tres trozos de bacalao rebozado deshidratados y sobre todo el postre, era ridículo sin retirar el segundón plato nos ponen al lado una tacita pequeña con un arroz duro, primero habrán cocido y arroz y luego le habrían echado leche. De vergüenza se creen que comen somos del inserso nos pueden tratar como mendigos. Esto no ocurre los hoteles de costa, que tenemos buffet abundante y rico. Nos hemos equivocado pidiendo este excursión cultural
