The Americus Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

酒店比較舊，但好像也是特色之一。停車不方便，設施有限。訂房時是攜程在線付，入住時押了信用卡。回家後發現信用卡被收取房費。向酒店反應後，回覆會退回，但迄今仍未看到；因而需要要求信用卡銀行幹預。管理上似乎很不到位。

The hotel itself is lovely. They seem a bit understaffed. Service at breakfast was challenging- they brought me a plate of used/open creamers and butters. The room, thought very comfortably sized, had room darkening shades significantly narrower than the windows, so sleep was rough.

My booking was for adults and 2 kids. Hotel didn't have a pull out bed and was given a air bed which was small and one of my son had to sleep with us. Booking was done with breakfast but the hotel staff said they could only honor breakfast for 2.

I was disappointed my bed was uncomfortable it felt like the bed was broken. Also, they need to upgrade their tvs they are not smart tvs i was trying to watch netflix and couldn’t which was a huge con for me.

Unsafe- Loud- Inconvenient Do not stay at this property if you want to feel safe or have any opportunity to sleep. There is NO onsite parking, and there was no valet on the property. The hotel suggests you stay at one of two public parking garages which they claim are “steps away.” In reality, they are two blocks away. Having arrived after dark, this did not present a convenient or safe situation, given the area surrounding the property and the population living on the streets. The hotel restaurant is undesirable, but there were no alternatives because nearly all other area restaurants were closed on a Sunday evening, and walking in the area is unsafe. LOUD, LOUD, LOUD! The elevators announce the floor you have arrived on. This can be heard through the night in the hallways and rooms. The traffic noise is unrelenting and surprisingly loud. The property is adorned with photos of the owner and fake flowers. This was the most disappointing experience I have had with a Westin. Had this not been nonrefundable, I would of very happily not stayed. The rate on ******* was also $50 less one hour after I booked the room.

If you love a good ol hotel, this is a must stay. Every time I travel to Allentown I stay at the Americus Hotel. The staff is amazing and the bartenders are top notch. If your lucky enough, you may meet some of the permanent guests; or at least experinece their presence.

Limited staff. Took 20 minutes to get car since no valet was working. Manager took his time going to get my car. Starbucks is manned by front desk. Bartender is not there at designated hours that was supposed to be there

I stayed a this location a year prior to the most recent stay. I thought the hotel was wonderful last year. This year, not so much. I cleaned the room because it was visibly dirty, particularly the bathroom. Also, the fire exit on the third floor was blocked by machinery.

We had a great time here. I’ve stayed here before and tbh this stay wasn’t as good as usual, but overall still a great hotel. Will book again.
