호텔 빌라 알주스트렐(Flag Hotel Villa Aljustrel)

Excelente atendimento, quartos bastante confortáveis e um bom pequeno almoço.

Very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is excellent serving local Portuguese dishes (and ecxeptional seafood pasta). Nice location in the village centre. The only minus is lack of pool.

Been a few times and stayed in the hotel for a long period and truly enjoyed every minute . Very good front desk, Inês, Joana, Carlos. Very good cleaning ladys, sorry but can't remember the names. Had a good menu with lovely food. Good old Manager and chef Gonçalo and a good waitress named Luísa and André and another one a waste of space and i refuse to say is name. Unfortunately a new management just changed all. Now the good menu is gone and have one 1⃣ dish of the day, what a joke. Have a new receptionist (blondish hair)not very nice, disgusting customer service, shame she don't had her badge with her name , taken the place of a good professional. I'm a retired now but been Hotel and Restaurant Manager for about 25 years, with the maximum professionalism and high standards. Now the hotel looks like one 1⃣ bad B&B . What a shame, the hotel owner rented the hotel to people without a clue to " What to manage ", and with a lack of customer service . DON'T RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS, ONLY TO MY ENEMIES 🤫 PS- all the photos are when the menu was in place. Don't have this beautiful food anymore.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Lisboa. A very nice and friendly hotel. The front staff were excellent. Dinner was really good. André is an excellent waiter who really knows how to give a real treat. We can highly recommend this hotel and restaurant which is situated not far from the motorway A2.

Hotel was very clean and confortable. We were traveling, checked in late, and the only unconvenient was not having the chance to have a snack outside of kitchen Service Hours... Everything else was very good! Also very good Quality / Cost Ratio!

Met expectations, would use again.

Booked this hotel last minute because I was lost driving around Portugal. However, what a find!! The hotel is a super modern boutique hotel in beja. Not a whole lot around, but close to highways, gas, and grocery store. Hotel room was huge!!! And the window overlooking the city was a bonus. The city itself is pretty tiny, but they have some historical buildings to see and it’s worth walking around to see the sites of the windmill and municipal buildings. Bed was super comfy, hotel was quiet, and the interior was absolutely gorgeous! So impressed. The staff was by far the friendliest I have encountered. If I come to Portugal again, I will find a reason to stay here.

Um bom hotel com muito boas condições e a única desvantagem é não ter estacionamento privativo e por vezes tornar-se difícil de estacionar mas com a vantagem de ter um excelente restaurante onde aconselho a experimentar o polvo á lagareiro.
