Checking in is all automated so no human contact which slightly turned me off. The next day the maid was good with attention to us as we needed some items. We were gone all day then cam back and an entire wall of the room had lost electricity. Could not charge our phones and bedside light did not work. I sent text to phone number they gave for issues, never heard anything. I also sent a text to the autobot that gave info for checkout but no response there as well. So no response at all with the issue. Room was clean, bed comfortable.
