이비스 알레스 상트르 빌(Ibis Ales Centre Ville Hotel)

I booked the Ibis Alés centre as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night. I was having an issue booking rooms online so I drove up to the hotel went inside and the very helpful reception booked me a room with breakfast and parking. The room was the usual Ibis type room which was fine and the room had a window overlooking the front. The hotel is in the centre of town so very handy for supermarkets and eating options. There are eating options in the Ibis too. I had the buffet breakfast in the morning and it was fine. A good stop for the night and I would be happy to stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were given what appeared to be VIP treatment, from help with our cases to very prompt table service for much needed refreshments after our journey. The underground car park was most useful as the hotel is located in the middle of a busy town where parking is at a premium. (Larger cars might be tricky to maneouvre on the tight access ramp) The room was comfortable and warm, food was always of a high standard and a wide range of high quality beers was a welcome surprise. We just got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for the attentive and proficient staff. Cannot award less than five stars, most commendable.

Pour des raisons personnelles, nous y avons séjourné 3 fois de suite en 4 mois, dont 5 jours en janvier. Certainement le meilleur accueil reçu dans cette marque depuis que nous y allons. On se sent vraiment reconnu et l'attention menée aux clients par l'ensemble du personnel n'est pas du faux. Pour le reste, chambre ibis classique. Un bon point pour le restaurant, avec un menu recherché. Le coin bar est également convivial. la situation en centre ville, avec qui plus est un parking, est un plus. Nous avons passé de très bons séjours.

Personnel sympathique, à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Chambre spacieuse et tres propre . Hôtel parfait. Une bonne adresse à retenir avec plaisir. Cela donne envie d'y retourner. Personnel aimable et serviable. A y retourner avec la famille ou des enfants.

Accueil et équipe toujours sympathique. Grosse sélection de bières, je suis fan. Hall d'entrée et couloirs refait récemment, mais les chambres sont dans leurs jus et assez tristes.

J'ai apprecie le petit dejeuner, la possibilite de diner le soir, le parking et l'emplacment de l'hotel pres du centre ville.

A la réservation je précise un grand lit on me réponds ce sont tous des King size . Hé bien non nous avions un petit lit de 140 chercher l’erreur et concernant le parking aucune information sur son paiement. Nous l’avons signalé à notre départ, réponse elles étaient étonnées et nous ont re dit nous n’avons que des King size. Je suppose que nous avons du coucher ailleurs, c’est pourtant bien chez Ibis que nous avons payé. La restauration est bonne, mais n’ayez pas très faim car les portions sont minuscules mais les prix sont chers. Bon nous qui avons une carte accord ce n’est pas le service que nous rencontrons d’habitude.
