오나 오카나다 클럽(Aparthotel Ona Aucanada)

Great value for money, everything was clean and well equipped, some parts of the apartment are tired but don’t let it put you off as this is a great location with some nice walks & a few restaurants nearby with a nice little coastal path nearby with stunning vistas!

I really do not recommend this hotel. When booking it, we wanted a relaxing place to stay at and we paid the price for it (approx. 100 EUR per person per night). However, we were wrong. The appartments are old and you could see that they paint over the wet walls which leads to having cracks appearing everywhere and the paint making bubbles on the wall. We arrived there and directly saw that the cleaning was not correctly done and we even had a linen with a blood stain on it. The staff is really attentive and have directly requested a cleaning lady to change it and clean the room. The windows and the walls are not isolated and you have the impression that you live with your neighbours. The breakfast is a catastrophe as no hygiene measures are taken. It was really warm and the butter was completely melted, the yogurt was warm and the ham was not kept cold. The eggs were also really gross. If you stay there, keep your money for the breakfast and dinner to go somewhere else. The only positive thing (and also why we give one star) is the swimming pool. There are 3 different ones but they are too small compared to the number of people staying there. I really do not understand all of the positive reviews this hotel has. Keep your money and stay at a place that is worth your money.

The location is very nice and the staff are polite and helpful. The units are very outdated with worn furniture, small old appliances and not very comfortable beds. The views are very nice from the front and the units are spacious. Be aware that there’s no clothes dryer, a tiny fridge and coffeemaker even in a 3 bedroom unit. There’s no oven and the resort charges 20€ per device for “ premium “ WiFi which is actually needed if you want to use internet really. The t.v’s aren’t smart so you can’t stream and there aren’t channels in English just FYI. This is not what you’d expect from a silver crown resort.

Very quiet , no noise at all. To clean apartment floor is not a must and there is a need to focus on that .very good quality of towels and air conditioning . very nice to have water and cookies at arrival.

This resort was clean, and had a very nice pool area with awesome views. Unfortunately since we traveled there in mid November the pools were shut down and the restaurant only open for breakfast. The units are good sized, but are definitely showing signs of wear and tear.

Good location to beach and ancient city, however you will need a car in order to get around the lovely island. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Big enough for my wife and I. We use the resort as base hub location and drive around the island on daily basis.

Easy to pick up groceries from nearby grocery store, we eat in a number of times and did eat out. Recommend Alcanada 35 Restaurante a short walk away. We went to different beaches which were great. Overall enjoyed our stay in room 106.

Nice location. Quiet. Some kids but not too bad. Staff is great. Breakfast great. A few restaurants close by. La Terrazs is really great. Also a Spar Market close by. Easy drives to Alcudia Beach (Why would you go there), Port de Pollença & Formenter (Tormenter) Beach. Lots of nice grocery stores like Agromart in Port de Alcudia (acceptable). Our room had an amazing ocean view and easy parking at the end of the road. Pool areas are nice but with some kids. We ate in a couple nights. No oven in rooms but stove top is acceptable. Overall a nice stay. Recommend

We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at all. We highly recommend the accommodation but would avoid using the restaurant. We would recommend Alcanada35 for food instead.
