VIVA Sunrise

Fantastic staff, very proffesional and helpful! Recommend this place for families with children och just to relax. Nice rooms and enviroment. A children club with activities that was over our expectacions. Good food with different thems every night.

Every one working at the hotel was very enthusiastic and entertaining.the food was good and rooms were perfect..will visit here again for sure . The pools were very clean and different sizes to cater for everyone .from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and that we were on holiday.

A fantastic holiday to visit. Nothing is to much of a problem for the wonderful and friendly hotel staff. The swimming pools were clean and great fun to be in with my teenagers and the entertainment was excellent. A brilliant hotel to visit. Defínetly been 5 stars for me and my family.

A brilliant family holiday experience at the Viva Sunrise Hotel. The staff were brilliant with respect to managing food allergy requirements. A special note of thanks to Miguel, Toni and Paoui, who were simply exceptional. The hotel had not long reopened since the winter close, so the season was still ramping up. The Hotel was very clean, and offered excellent meal choices. As a family of 5 who were all inclusive for 1 week we were always happy with the dinning options. The entertainment team were excellent and the evening shows at the hotel were great. The distance to the beach (7-8min walk) and to the old town via a 15min bus or 35-40min walk, provided some great options out-with of the hotel. Many attractions are not open in April, but for a quiet week in the sun, we found this to be ideal. Whether pool side, in the restaurant or at the sports bar, the staff are very attentive and helpful with respect to any questions/queries you may have, and in the delivery of their excellent service.

We all had an amazing experience. The staff were so lovely and the service was excellent. The hotel was always very clean the facilities were great. Had a wonderful time very family and adult friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The hoilday was amazing. The staff were always smiling and friendly and there was a fun crew to play activities with the kids and adults throughout the day. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. The food was amazing and wasn't every cold.

We have just arrived home after spending the Easter weekend at Viva Sunrise. We arrived on their opening day of the Season and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. A HUGE thank to Jenny & David and the whole 2024 Entertainment Crew (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name) we loved being your first music quiz winners of 2024 and our winners T shirt!! If you already have Viva Sunrise booked for your holiday this year, you have made a great choice; and if you are thinking about booking this hotel then go for it – you won’t regret it! We have stayed at almost all of the Viva hotels as is by far the best hotel brand in Mallorca, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else 😊 Thank you again to the whole hotel team (Manuel, Juan Carlos & Johnathon in the Sports bar, you are also legends) Hope you all have a great Summer 2024 season x

Quick and easy check in with some nice welcome drinks and snacks - room wasn’t ready until 3pm. Hotel is clean and the recent upgrades especially of the pool area are very good and put this hotel on par with the Zafiro. Room was a basic family room facing outward - all even room numbers face outwards and odd numbers face the pool area. The rooms are noisy. The neighbours balconies are right next to the bedroom so you can hear everything. Outside noise from the bars and clubs kicking out around 2am is also an annoyance. Avoid the outward facing rooms. We are self catering but did visit the Sports Bar which offer an alternative breakfast and lunch than the buffet. No complaints. Lots of other outside options for food and bars. Location is probably the main flaw of the hotel. It’s a good 30 mins walk to the lovely port area where the nicer bars and restaurants are and its closeness to the nightlife area is a turn off for a family trip. Entertainment for anyone older than 12 is also scarce- the evening stuff wraps up around 10pm and other than the kids club, this is not really for older teens.

Great hotel. Spent 10 days here. We weren't all inclusive, ate one night and the selection was very good and such a variety. Spotlessly clean, rooms I think we're cleaned everyday apart from a Sunday. Pools were fab we have a 2 year old so the splash park was perfect. Plenty of sunbeds. Clean pool. The main pool with the bounce pillow was very good too. Our son was going on that too. The hotel is a 10/15 mins walk to the beach and main '*****'. There is bars and a few restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again
