오나 가든 라고(Ona Garden Lago)

Its a decent Aparthotel in terms of price and location. Located near to supermarkets and almost a mile from the Alcudia beach. There is plenty of free parking space (on street) outside the hotel. The staff was really helpful. I wished they also provided basic groceries like salt/sugar for tea/coffee/bread toast what was not available and we had to visit the superstore first thing in the morning for that.

Overall was OK, Good points.. Location ideal, 5-10 min walk to Alcudia beach. Entertainment staff worked really hard in 35 degree heat, really impressive considering conditions. Apartments were spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable. Bad points... Food was really poor, breakfast buffet was cold even when buffet had just began, lacked any variety from day to day, seemed like very little effort went into the catering side, to the extent where we would rather have paid for better breakfasts elsewhere than try to stomach the hot food on offer. Fruit juice tasted like sugar water/squash and was undrinkable. Bathroom in apartment was dirty, big apartments so maybe more cleaners needed in my opinion. In general, public areas a bit tatty, posters stuck to windows with sellotape, just a bit run down in general. Swimming pool had tiles missing, glass panels missing and taped up, bit scruffy looking. Overall Staff were very good, hotel OK, just looks like the owners have either lost interest or don't have the funds to renovate and put the necessary investment required in to the resort which is a shame as everything is in place in terms of logistics, staff, size and space to be much better. Really good stay Coming here for many years and noticed a big improvement in the entertainment around the pool Good to have music, singers and activities for all Adds a bit of life to the place Staff always smiling and helpful as ever Clean and tidy and cleaned regularly Pool needs an overhaul but still fine Only pain was getting a taxi but that’s not the hotels fault! Overall would definitely recommend and a big thanks to all the staff involved

Lovely place well look after .cleaned room every couple days clean towels and bedding.reception very helpful.and open 24 hours a day, very good entertainment for children and kept them busy .everything you needed in the apartments

We were staying here in June ,sorry my review is so late , We were warmly welcomed on check in by a very efficient front desk lady. We were two families with teenagers so had two apartments side by side.my apartment had an ensuite with a huge balcony and aircon,my sister's was smaller ,only one bathroom and a much smaller balcony. Slept well each night.supermarket around the cornerand a fab bakery that serves coffee. Breakfast was lovely and the staff there were also very nice. Pool had a few loose tiles around it ,but plenty of beds to choose from. We would return to this apartment again , We got a brilliant price with breakfast by booking on line on their own web site. We were leaving early for the flight and the restaurant gave us food for the morning. A walk into the ***** but doable. Taxis are every member we encountered were friendly. Really great value.

Went with friends for a long weekend without the children for the fIrst Timre in 16 years, Got told off for just talking slightly louder than we should of from 6pm. Felt on edge the whole time. No entertainment. Dirty shower. Reception walking up and down being security makeing is feel very uncomfortable we paid alot of money for 3 days with friends as we never gwg to do anything without kids. Was told they are used to people coming to stay but going out most of the time so to only use hotel for sleeping purposes. Nothing near 1.5 mile to any nearest restaurant or tabcao shop club etc. And the pong of stagnant water from the lake is vile! Would never come back here again even if they paid us!! Boycott by all measures DO NOT BOOK ONA GARDEN LAGO

After our flight was cancelled in August we found ourselves stranded in Majorca for an extra 5 nights. These apartments Were a great find. The pool area is lovely and has a life guard during full opening hours.The entertainment was great fun hosting aqua gym and karaoke. Apartments are spacious , inside was like a family villa .we had a lovely view of the pool and entertainment area. Air conditioning was eaay to work with remotes.Nice being able to eatch tv free of charge in the late evenings.Cooking facilities were great, along with washing machine ( very hand with young children) Within walking distance to shops bars and restaurants. Wake boarding available across the road. Plenty of sunbeds and they have a policy that you cannot " mark your territory " with towels if you are not there. Great complex and would definitely visit again.

We stayed here for a week at Ona Garden Lago. The first floor apartment was spacious with air con, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, everything you need basically. There was 2 bathrooms a main living space and 2 bedrooms with a really nice balcony area overlooking the pool. We paid €20 for 7 days of Wi-Fi on 4 devices and this was perfect for everything you would do at home, there was 2 TVs both having channels in a variety of languages including English. There was some negatives about the apartment. We had an ants nest in the kitchen area, decor was a little tired and some things needed a bit of maintenance. Outside the pool area was nice and managed well all day by a lifeguard, there was some glass panels missing which had tape over them which were a bit unsightly but generally a really nice area. The food was ok, breakfasts were good and always busy, the evening not so busy. All food was cooked really well. The evening buffet was a little disappointing especially if you had paid for an evening meal in your package at €15 a head. We really enjoyed the chicken curry though there was just not enough choice or accessible food for kids in our opinion and we didn’t go for the meal every night even though we had paid for it through our package. Staff all around the apartments were great! The location is ok. There is about a 20 minute walk to the beach area and a 40 minute walk to the town. There is an Eroski supermarket around the corner and a LIDL 15 minutes away. Taxis are around €6.50 to the beachfront and around €7.50 to the town. Buses are hit and miss, rarely on time and to be honest an experience! If you take a mobile phone the signal is good enough for using navigation apps. Overall we enjoyed our stay, gracias Ona Garden Lago for our 2023 holiday.

Having just spent a week here at the end of July I can happily say my family and I had a great time. Apartments are clean, spacious and very well equipped (washing machine and a dishwasher!) and have fabulous views over the pool and lake. Located in a quiet area, it's only a 5 min walk from a large supermarket and a few bars/restaurants, 10 min walk from the Bellvue ***** and around 15 mins to the beach. The pool area is clean and tidy with plenty of loungers. There was a few ferrall kids testing the lifeguards patience but overall a good atmosphere. Bar area was excellent and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Can't really comment on the food as we only ate there once on bbq night, but that was tasty and plentiful. Overall we had a great stay and I'm not sure why the place has any negative reviews but I guess you can't please everyone. Would definitely return.
