Come mi ero promessa al ritorno delle vacanze mi sarei dedicata a valutare il nostro piccolo soggiorno per questa fantastica struttura che ci ha regalato anche per pochi gg momenti di relax assoluto a partire del fantastico panorama che si vedeva dalla nostra suite che ti lasciava a bocca aperta e terminando dalla meravigliosa piscina pulita e curata alla jacuzzi….. Ma quello che mi ha lasciato ancora più nel cuore e l’accoglienza meravigliosa che abbiamo avuto al nostro arrivo e alla nostra partenza dal ricevimento da non dimenticare,; Ottima Colazione grazie al numeroso staf che ci ha dedicato quei piccoli momenti con un grande sorriso e tanta cordialità La posizione di questo bellissimo hotel ottima per visitare i meravigliosi dintorni che circondano la struttura Consigliatissimo!!!

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and so helpful. would definitely go back. It is great as a 3 star hotel, the staff treated us much better than that. The breakfast was the only thing that let it down. All the hot food was in the same container so no good for cross contamination or for vegetarians. The place was clean and the staff gave us everything we asked for.

Honestly there are not enough words to express what we feel about this place. It started as a lovely little 3 night trip planned for myself, husband, son and daughter in law. As promised the hotel had arranged our transfers .. bang on time and perfect. The hotel looked like a true diamond in the rough - stunning in every way, relaxing, great location, spotlessly clean and fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff at both reception and at breakfast….. however then the drama started… On our second day our flight was cancelled and the earliest flight home meant we would have to stay 3 extra nights (shame). Unfortunately the hotel had no room for us, but they did have a new apartment (20 minute walk away) by the beach for a great price.. perfect we thought! Then the next day I was struck with food poisoning (not from the hotel I might add)… I was very unwell.. spent the rest of our time in the hotel in bed. But it was then time to move to the apartment (no way I could walk) so they arranged a member of staff to drive us and show us in to the apartment. The apartment was stunning 5*. I ended up spending the rest of the holiday in bed and then in hospital for 24 hours, but the service didn’t stop. The hotel knew I was unwell, kept in touch with my family ensuring the continued to enjoy themselves, asking how I was, offering assistance etc. I was discharged from hospital the evening before we left for home.. the hotel arranged a taxi from the apartment back into the town for me to enjoy my last night without having to walk. That’s not to mention the beautiful couple who lived beneath the apartment who arranged hospital taxi etc. I haven’t even mentioned just how beautiful the area is, at first glance a little rough around the edges but such charm and by night the most magical and romantic of places… the people are stunning in every way. I know this is a long winded review but I wanted to express the next level service, compassion and pure perfection that is this hotel and their staff.

Siamo stati da Alkamuri con MiO marito per IL MiO compleanno questa settimana. Era la prima Volta, posto magico! Assolutamente consigliato per trascorrere due ore di sano relax. Era Tutto a nostro uso esclusivo!!! Spa, zona massaggio e spogliatoio con doccia(no wc) Abbiamo fatto Il percorso benessere di 40 minuti e IL massaggio di 50 minuti con le bravissime Cristina e Stella, se non erro, delicate e professionali. Livello davvero alto del personale e della Spa con una vasca iacuzzi che da sola merita la visita, oltre sauna e bagno turco. Piu' zona relax con tisane e biscotti! Consiglio IL percorso benessere di almeno un'ora, si sta troppo bene per stare meno. Torneremo sicuramente. Se vogliamo trovare una pecca, unico impercettibile neo e' che il bagno (dove far pipi si intende) e' separato dalla zona spa e dalla zona massaggio. Sempre stesso piano assolutamente ma sarebbe stato perfetto se fosse stato all'interno, quantomeno dello spogliando con doccia. Laura e Dario
