Mostly a typical stay. We checked in at 4:30 but the room we were checked into hadn't been clean yet. so we had to wait with all our stuff out in the hallway for the lady to finish. She was polite but I feel like she was irritated at us as though we were rushing her. Other people were waiting to get checked in so we didn't request a different room. The pool was borderline cold but the hot tub was warm.

Affordable hotel, spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms are little bit dated but that’s ok. I would stay again.

This was pretty run down. The heat was not working until we fixed it. Furniture was missing from the room. Several of the outlets looked pretty scary. We asked about a different room but the manager just didn't show up at the front desk.

I must express my deep disappointment with the conditions encountered during my stay. The presence of mold in the bathroom was not only unsightly but also raises health concerns. The state of the carpet and toilet was frankly unacceptable, falling far below basic hygiene standards. The breakfast offerings were inadequate, notably missing basic items like toast bread. Most disturbingly, the bed was unclean, compromising comfort and sanitation.

Great stay! Veey accomodating as we were traveling with dogs, breakfast was the same each morning but hot and good!

Not on par with other properties in this price range. Furnishings and carpet were run down. Smell of bleach was overbearing- like it was used to cover up foul odors. Cleanliness was mediocre.

We have stayed here in the past, and it was decent. But this time, the conditions have deteriorated. Just really outdated. There was loose hairs in the bathroom and on the bathtub. There was crusted on food on the table. I know housekeeping in hotels are short staffed, but it was not clean. Front desk lady was sweet! The hotel doesn’t just “hold the deposit for check-in” they charge you the $50 and it’ll be back on in a 2-3 days post check out.

Was upset that an emergency came up and we couldn’t cancel a room. Was charged for no one staying in it! Lost out on $97.00

Pillows and checkin staff was nice. The rest was very disappointing. The beds were not comfortable, there was a stain on our sheets, carpets, chairs and ceiling. Breakfast was pretty bad. Very old place with doors falling apart, broken handles from the late 80. Window barely closed and was noisy from the freeway. Don’t get the 8.2 rating at all. No bugs I saw, and (other than the stained sheet) the cleaning crew seemed to be trying hard to keep the place bearable. Did I mention the pillows. They were the best we had this trip, so that was certainly the best thing.
