컴포트 인 & 스위트 앨버커키 다운타운(Comfort Inn & Suites Albuquerque Downtown)

My Husband and I. Had a great stay. At check in the lady that checked us in her name is Beth. She is amazing very friendly and very helpful. She helped us get a good parking spot for are truck and trailer. She had it on camera so she can keep an I on are load that was on the trailer. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable we felt safe. Also breakfast was great. We will definitely go back on are next pass threw. Thank you for a wonderful safe Stay.

Stayed overnight, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, breakfast was standard. I was a bit worried about my car given the location, but we had no issues.

So my son and I drove into the property gate. As we were driving in there were a bunch of homeless people. I did not feel comfortable staying. I took a hit on the hotel and drove to another hotel where I felt safer. There should be some sort of information about the economics of the area when booking.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean, a bit dated. We were only in town for a quick trip, had it been longer we would have needed a larger room or stayed elsewhere. Overall a good comfortable stay for a night or two.

Walls are super thin, can hear people talking multiple rooms down. Doors slam hard which does not help with thin walls.

I stay at Comfort Inn each time I travel to Albuquerque. The staff is always friendly and the rooms very clean.

The people that worked at Comfort in is what made this place so enjoyable! Beth at the front desk, and Jose at the breakfast rush were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Helpful, professional, personable. I would stay there again, just because they were such delights. Thank you Beth & Jose!

The staff were wonderful and helpful and the hotel clean. The breakfast was typical and hot. But this hotel is just one block off I-40 and traffic noise was quite loud at times all night long. Also, the hotel is quite old, and we were on the second foor. When the family above us walked into or around in their room, we could hear every step. A possible solution would be to ask for a third floor room. But perhaps the most concerning was the surrounding area, which appeared quite unsafe. There was a sign indicating the hotel would not be responsible for any items left in your vehicle if they were stolen. (That did not happen...and I am certain this is the same policy for most hotels, but the sign and surroundings drove home the point tht the parking area might not be safe during the night.)

Finding the place at night took some doing, but once I got parked and went inside I found the hotel very well kept and the staff I ran into were friendly and helpful. It's obviously an older property that has been renovated, however, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and I didn't have a single issue with anything in my room.
