The hotel is beautiful! Absolutely beautiful. The rooms are slightly outdated but do the job! The biggest pain was that we booked all inclusive and couldn’t even drink/eat at our hotel. We had to walk to other hotels 5/6 minutes away for breakfast, lunch, dinner - even to grab a drink. The all inclusive was wine or beer. The food in the other hotels was decent and a good selection! But for those lazy days where you want breakfast and to chill by the pool - this wasn’t possible at this hotel. We couldn’t even get a drink at the hotel and the bar downstairs isn’t included in all inclusive. This is so important for those with mobility issues or young children - but it’s not advertised anywhere that you need to eat at other hotels. Also you have to book at restaurants the night you arrive and we couldn’t get into any of the restaurants we wanted as we were only there a short time. I booked the hotel for the pool and didn’t even use it because by the time you’ve walked down hill you might as well crack onto the beach, rather than walking up hill. The hotel the first night - there were a group of young people screaming and shouting which could be heard in the main part of the building but reception didn’t do anything until I went down at 4am which they then managed to quiet the group. Overall I wanted this experience to be better. It’s such a beautiful hotel, it’s so gutting that the full facilities are not available at this hotel. If it was, we would have had an entirely different trip.
