파테오 빌리지(Pateo Village)

Great place to stay. I will return for sure. Very close to the city center, Praia dos pescadores, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend without any doubts.

Apartamento espaçoso, num lugar muito agradável e de fácil acesso a Albufeira (de carro ou transportes). A piscina interior é um bónus nesta altura do ano. O sinal de internet é fraco e instável nos apartamentos.

Fuimos por la piscina climatizada pero la temperatura del agua estaba a 23 grados. O sea, fría. Se lo dijimos al operario de mantenimiento que hacía las mediciones dos veces y no nos hizo ni caso. En ese aspecto muy mal. Apartamento muy amplio. Relativamente cerca del centro

Relação qualidade/preço excelente. Muito bem localizado, staff atencioso, piscina boa e limpa, apartamentos confortáveis. Zona envolvente sossegada. Voltarei sem qualquer hesitação.

Fantástico dez estrelas staff super atencioso estive com 3 crianças e conseguiram proporcionar uma excelente localização do apartamento. Recomendo vivamente. A repetir para o ano sem dúvida. Estão todos de parabéns.

Was gifted this as part of a wowcher, wouldn’t have been my choice at all so was hesitant before arriving. We were given a ground floor apartment, if you want a lie in you’re not going to get one, every morning we were woken up by cleaners upstairs moving wooden furniture or hard tile floors for an hour!! Location is not good, there is nothing near by so you have to do the 25min walk into old town for a bite to eat. I personally would not stay here again, perhaps if you wanted something cheap and cheerful and quiet would be ok.

Stayed here as a family feb 2024. The location is a little far away from the town, but we had a car so it didn’t bother us. also Uber taxis were between 4-6 euros each way. The apartments themselves are basic, but include everything you could need. Some of the furniture could do with updating though. The room we were in had new air con units and they were very good. All in all the apartment was very clean and we mentioned to reception that the bed was very hard, to which they said ok and replaced the mattress. All of the reception staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The one lady was so kind to our daughter, Which was lovely as some of the other reviews said such awful comments about them. We were not asked for a deposit when checking in , however the safe is a 20 euro deposit which is returned when returning the key. The 2 outdoor pools were clean but we didn’t use as they were cold. The indoor pool was heated but not boiling but it was ok when you were in there. Jacuzzi temperature was just right All in all it was fine for our needs but the location may be to far out for some.

Reception staff looked like they hated being alive. The rooms were stuck in the 1970’s and not very clean. The location is a 25 minute walk up a very steep hill from the old town. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to. There’s a local cafe round the corner that is cheap and that’s about as good as it gets. The owner looked like he hated being alive too.

We visited beginning of Dec for a 5 night stay. Check in was quick and easy, lady on reception told us everything we needed to know about the facilities and where they were. We did not have to pay any kind of deposit upon check in as mentioned in a previous review. We stayed in apartment 220, and were very surprised with the size of the apartment and very happy with the kitchen facilities. Our view was of the pool area, which we didn’t use with it being Dec and a bit cooler. But they looked great, clean and plenty of sunbeds etc. The apartment was very clean, two very small cons, the beds were single beds pushed together, i don’t like this in any hotel when it’s a couple booking. And the shower would only run hot for a certain amount of time, which was a little annoying for someone who likes a nice long hot shower. As it was out of season there was a lot of maintenance work being carried out around the grounds, pool maintenance and painting the exterior of the apartments so I imagine the place will be looking nice and fresh for Summer 😀 The location is in more of a residential area, a short uber ride to the *****, old town or marina. WiFi worked well. For the price we paid we were more than happy with our stay at Patel Village and we would return.
