클레오파트라 아다 호텔

호텔은 별 1개를 받을 자격이 있습니다. 음식은 끔찍하고 방은 끔찍하며 필요에 따라 깨끗하지 않습니다. 가능한 한 빨리 갱신해야 합니다. 내 친구는 길 건너편 Cleopatra Fatih에 머물며 이 호텔이 훨씬 낫지만 둘 다 4성급입니다.

Worst hotel I have ever seen Family holiday? DO NOT BOOK this hotel Unfriendly No hot water Not clean More basic than BASIC No such thing as all inclusive in here Food is not for tourists only Turkish people No ice creams No snacks No Wifi Beds are awful Towels are dirty The glasses for beers as so small and filthy, so old nothing in this place is fresh or has been replaced in about 10 years This has simply ruined our holiday DO NOT BOOK THIS place it is not for the British tourist and it’s about a 30minute walk from the town Awful - Disgraceful - dirty - neglected and horrible people makes it even worse

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars, at most 2. Room - nothing special, the bed was pushed against a wall with an old air conditioner above it, which dripped condensation directly onto your head. Cleanliness - rooms were "cleaned" (just swept), and the bedding (which was wet from the air conditioner’s condensation) wasn’t changed for 7 days! We stayed for 9 nights, so I’m not sure how to rate cleanliness—probably not well. Food - terrible. After trying lunch, we quickly realized we wouldn't be eating at the hotel. It was absurd, and we’re not picky eaters. The food was cold, with some unidentifiable chicken and mushy porridge. We only had breakfast, as it was the only edible meal (eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread). The staff wasn’t very friendly either. When we mentioned the coffee machine wasn’t working, they frowned and didn’t do much about it. What was good? The hotel’s location—just a couple of minutes from the beautiful sea, and the city center was nearby. We won’t take any more chances with hotels like this and don’t recommend it to you either! Wishing you good travels and vacations—just avoid this hotel.

This hotel does not meet the status of 4 stars, so it is not good everywhere, the food is bad, the choice of food is small, the internet was paid even though the agency said it was charged, the last day I had to be tired because I had diarrhea and when we started talking to the vacationers, it turns out that most of the people were sick. The only thing the plus point is the masseurs who really do their job 10 points.

This place was never a 4 star 1 if any. We were put in a room but told we would be shifted the next day were moved and woke up with bed bug bites all over my body told reception and then was told we were getting moved again as water leak in room 2 mins after complaining about bed bugs the cleaners were up.in arms about it and very sorry but there loyalty was to their employes the food was drastic boiled eggs n salad every morning and cold chips from night before I could go on nut finger sore lol. Plz plz do not book this hotel if anything run

This hotel is awful. Don't waste your money. Suppose to be 4 star!!!no way is it that. Food awful rooms dirty. Had to eat out all of our stay. Although we had paid for all inclusive staff didn't care only wanted tip every time you asked for anything . People where being sick every day.luckly, we had money to eat and drink outwith this god awful place. We paid alot of money for this.has put us off turkey all together won't be back. Have already complained to loveholidays not that I think it will get me anywhere. Just don't want anyone else to waste there hard earned money. Could go and on. So if you have already booked this hotel cancel it's worth losing your deposit believe me
