아작 호텔 후기

제가 묵었던 호텔 중 최악입니다. 고객 서비스가 형편없고 직원들은 매우 무례했습니다. 프런트 데크에 있는 남자가 무례했고, 와이파이와 주차를 허락하지 않았습니다. 그는 매우 공격적인 사람이었고, 피부색 때문에 우리에게 매우 불만스러워하는 듯했습니다. 호텔에서 생수를 제공하지 않았고, 주전자도, 커피나 차도 없었습니다. 유일하게 좋았던 것은 아침과 저녁 식사였고, 식당 직원들은 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 베개의 품질이 좋지 않았고 매우 작았습니다. 이 호텔에 돈을 낭비한 것입니다. 그들은 우리에게 생수 한 병당 30tl씩 물병을 바꿔주었습니다. 매우 실망스러웠습니다.

수많은 리뷰를 토대로 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있다고 생각했습니다. 슈퍼 럭셔리를 기대하지는 않았지만 해변, 중심가 근처, 수영장이 있고 음식과 직원이 잘 나왔습니다. 참으로 비참한 일이군요. 신맛이 나는 직원은 좋은 아침이라고 말할 수 없었고 영어를 거의 이해하지 못했습니다. 모든 것이 구식입니다. 품질이 좋지 않은 음식. 30년 동안 터키에 있었음에도 불구하고 우리는 아침 식사 중에 일부 요리에 대해 의구심을 품었습니다. 선택의 여지가 거의 없습니다. 많은 휴가객은 동구권 국가에서 왔습니다. 아침 5시 반에 수건을 내려놓고 하루 종일 사용하지 않습니다. 밤에도 방에서 말다툼을 합니다. 그것에 대해 아무 말도하지 않습니다. 객실은 프렌치 스트로크로 청소되며 변기 아래를 보지 마십시오. 해변에 있는 침대는 비용을 지불해야 하며, 호텔에서 파라솔을 제공하고 호텔 투숙객이 사용합니다. 관리자는 침대 바로 옆에 있으며, 해변이 오전 7시부터 오후 7시까지 열려 있음에도 불구하고, 귀하가 아직 거기에 있어도 그는 이미 오후 6시에 우산을 접기 시작합니다. 우리는 이미 해변의 "관리자"에게 음료 바우처 비용을 여러 번 지불했으며 이 바우처는 리셉션에서 다시 지불해야 했습니다. 이 호텔이 어떻게 이 사이트에서 별점을 얻었는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 호텔 홀에 걸린 각종 단체의 스타들은 2019년부터다. 우리는 돌아 가지 않을 것입니다. 가격도 생각하면 더 좋은게 있는거 같아요 친절과 환대는 비용이 들지 않으며 조금 더 많은 신용을 얻었을 것입니다. 게다가 스파 문 앞에는 작고 공격적인 어린 소년이 서 있는데, 그 소년은 당신을 물어뜯고 놓아주지 않습니다.

매우 좋았습니다. 매우 기뻤습니다. 위치와 호텔 모두 매우 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

호텔의 위치와 해변 외에는 좋은 점은 없었습니다. 방의 시트가 찢어지고 얼룩이 있었고, 화장실 변기에서 물이 계속 새고 있었습니다. TV에 대해 이야기하면 개미가 없는 채널이 하나도 없었습니다. 요컨대 여기 댓글을 믿고 가봤는데 뭔가 빠졌네요.

머물기에 놀라운 장소. 직원은 최고입니다. 나는 내 여행의 어느 곳에서도 그렇게 좋은 직원을 만난 적이 없습니다. 그들은 매우 도움이 됩니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 객실은 좋습니다. 음식은 괜찮았지만 가성비 최고!! 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

Ailecek kaldığımız otelin bir avantajı var en önemlisi temiz aile oteli olması denize sıfır durumda olması ve kumsal bu çok etkili özellikle çocuklu aileler için. Yemekler havuz ve balkon ayrı bir detay. Tabii ki en değerlisi konaklamamızı tarifsiz kılan emektir. Bütün personele içten teşekkür ederz

This hotel is one of our favoriet place in Alanya because directly on the cleopatra beah sea view clea rooms sure with friendly staff. evening at the pool bar spend quite evening i must say this also good breakfast and dinner. Directly located in famous cleopatra beach of alanya, cable car to castle and damlatas cave just few meters a way from hotel also city center and night clubs in walking distance you can go everywhere by walking all nearby. Need to see also dim cave and dim river sure advice reception. We liked to stay here and spent full lovely days and activity

Very friendly staff clean rooms anddelicous foods also located on the famous clopetra beach. alanya city center shopping area just front of the hotel . you can also explore damlatas cave and castle of alanya. We will try to come back again

The hotel is decent with a great location. However, there are couple of things that should be worked on. First, the towels are not changed every day which is in my opinion mandatory for the beach hotel. We used to wash them by ourselves. Also, you have to take your shower gel, shampoo, and soap since you will get those only when you check in. Two small shampoos and soaps are definitely not enough for the trip that lasts seven days or more. WIFI is very poor and available signals are kind of confusing since they have one for each floor and area but none of them works good. The beach waiter/guardian is very unpleasent and have his own and very strange rules of selling the sun beds. For example, you come early in the morning and ask for some of the beds in the first row he tells you "No, it's reserved." Then noone appears there for the whole day or someone who is not even the quest of the hotel takes those. When you ask if you can reserve for tomorrow he says "No way!". This guy really makes you feel kind of discriminated for your own money and dealing with him on daily basis can definitely ruin your vacation.

Directly on the beach just few meters a way from City and Shopping center. Sea view and clean rooms delicious yummy perfect foods weekend animations is awesome pool bar is all day open for also very friendly attentive staff.

This relatively small hotel is one of wery few with a direct access to the beach, what was very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes away from the downtown, and it is an interesting walk through the streets of Alanya. The hotel's bar is in natural shadow so it was plesent to chill here during the hot daytime. It's not directly open for the visitors outside of the hotel, what makes this place quiet in the evening. Cocktails were also quite decent, what I cannot say for many other places in Alanya. Guys working here are very helpful, they offer a great service and are actually the main reason why I'm happy to rate this place with 5 stars. Even if they may lack a bit of language skills, they will do their best to meet your needs, help you if you want to rent a car or find anything else. The rooms are not so big so don't expect a 5 star comfort. The meals are freshly prepared and not spicy, so if you are not to picky it should do. Once again dont expect too big choice of different foods at the buffet, as this is not some huge 5 star resort. This cozy and friendly atmosphere ist just what makes this place worth visiting.

Hotel is just TERRIBLE……we are sick, diarrhoea already 3days….FOOD IS JUST TERRIBLE, hygiene on the lowest level, NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM, In 10 days not even 1 day was served fish, staff UNPLEASANT AND UNHELPFUL, NO WIFI, Cleaning only the floor without making up the bed, and under bed you can easily find insects, dust or other garbage left from previous guests. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, this is what can I recommend to anyone!!!!!! Regards, Maya
