Very unclean, dust everywhere, the linen smelt bad, the Aircon had mold and the smell was evident of dampness and mold like presence in the air which is toxic, the bath tub was unclean, found 3 strands of long hair and it wasn't mine as i was single traveller and i have short hair, the elsafe dint work, i had to be creative to hide my belongings in the room, overall disappointing for the price paid, thankfully i was staying only for a night. Gave my feedback to the hotel, and in return they offered me a 25% discount on the room rate with complimentary Breakfast for 2 with towel art and VIP Amenities on my next stay, upon which i tried to give this hotel a second chance a month later however the manager who offered the compensation had moved on but mentioned the FOM was made aware of my intention to stay again and that they would call me, but as expected I did not receive any call, leading for me to find alternative hotels in the RAK, this showed how serious they want customer retention or the value for feedback is. Never Going back. There are better options in town.

A good budget resort, the hotel facilities and the location is very good. Pool is decent size. Staff is supportive . The advantage is you can park your car near to the resort rooms. Certain improvements or attention required from management is the following -the power sockets are not accessible near to the bed and table and no USB ports -surprisingly even though there is pool bar , but got informed that it is only for all inclusive gusts . These days who wants to tell no need for money that. It seems ridicules as you are in the pool with shorts and desperately need a beer. -the breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement in terms of taste

The location is spectacular specially with rooms having golf course views. However service standards to be enhanced for sure. Service staff members are way too casual but they are well mannered and friendly. Food is also good specially breakfast! Dinner can be little better. Honestly a nice one specially at a pocket friendly budget

We are staying in Al Hamra village hotel with 2 junior suite 896 pool view and 324 golf view along with my 3 friends . We would like to appreciate to service team Carel and Sitthum who have taken care entire stay. Mr.Alam manager who met us during our stay and made sure our comfortable stay . We loved to back again in future.

We spent 11 days at Al Hamra Village Hotel and were pleased with the chamber, breakfast and people. Nice room, perfect bed and pillows, picturesque view from the balcony, convenient restroom. A lot of place to park a car. Wide choice of dishes for breakfast, a lot of fruit, fresh diary. Close to the sea. We also liked the chance to get to the beach by golf-car. 3 swimming-pools, a big play-ground for children, yoga for adults - everything tidy and spare. Special thanks to Kim, who helped to solve dofferent questions, and to Soller - the young man who did the cleaning.

Mr Deepal, the rooms manager made sure every part of our trip was taken care of. Whether it was about a late check out, room service or the cleanliness in the room! Al Hamra Village is an amazing location with great facilities. We used the pools, the beach, the tennis court, the bar. With an amazing golf course view you have nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

We stayed from 22 till 30 march, and enjoyed our stay a lot! The service to go to the beach is really nice(we loved it so much), and on foot it is 5 minutes at most to get to the shore. The swimming pools are clean and nice, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. At the beach there are a lot of games such as tennis and so on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'd like to thank housekeeper Sanjay, he did a really good job keeping our rooms clean and cozy!

Lovely hotel in RAK .Rooms are very big with nice washroom .the room had balcony with very nice view over the golf area which I liked it .reception staff are very helpful and attentive.They helped me throughout my stay . Food is very delicious.

I enjoyed a lot in Al Hamra village hotel with my friends.The hotel was very nice and had a very nice facilities.The reception staff very friendly and helpful.They helped me with my booking and did everything possible to make me happy.I very thankful to all of them .Swimming pool is well clean and nice .

It was very nice days spending couples of days in al hamea village hotel .every thing there is veru nice .The price is very good comparing to other hotel in the same area and the good atmospheres to other hotel. I am planing to comd bsck again .lovely hotel

I like the hotel so much .one of the best in the RaK .staff are very friendly and helpful.They helped me with all my requests and questions.Rooms are very nice and very big with very nice balcony.I miss the hotel so much and looking forward to go back very soon

The room was cleaned well and efficiently, the cutlery, dishes, towels were changed, the bed was made, all the trash was removed, the guy did it very quickly and efficiently. The guy's name is Sella, and the room number is 939 I want to pay attention to the fact that cleaning occurs every day, which is very pleasing at approximately 12:00 o’clock and takes 10-15 minutes

Das Zimmer war gross, aber nicht sauber. Im Bad waren die Armaturen defekt. Es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, der Balkon überhaupt nicht. Beim Frühstück muss man selber einen Tisch suchen, ebenso das Besteck und Servietten. Kaffee und die Säfte aus Pappbechern. Die Russen fielen über das Büffet her und packte n die Taschen voll. Für Wurst und Käse wurde Tupperdosen mitgebracht. Sogar die Nüsse fürs Müsli wurden eingepackt. Das Personal ist total überfordert und scheint teilweise lustlos.

Отель хороший: тихий и уютный, отлично подойдет для семьи. Кухня вкусная, но есть проблемы с посудой и десерты быстро кончаются. Бассейны все три удобные. Территория очень удобная, много мест для релакса. Но 5 звезд отелю делает Самита с ресепшена. Его отзывчивость и помощь в любую минуту скрашивали любые шероховатости, а его улыбка самый грустный день делала праздничным! В этот отель хочется ехать только ради его улыбки!
