우선 호텔에는 휠체어가 없습니다. 이 비상사태는 언제든지 발생할 수 있으며 비상시에는 아무것도 이용할 수 없습니다. 자쿠지와 수아나를 이용할 수 없으며 레크리에이션 활동은 모두 유료입니다. 객실 가구가 너무 낡았습니다. 미니 골프장 개조가 필요합니다. 전체적인 숙소가 너무 낡았습니다. 유지 보수 및 개조가 필요합니다. 또한 리셉션 구역에는 24시간 동안 아무도 이용할 수 없습니다. 관리가 잘못되어 있는 경우가 많습니다. 아침 식사 시간 직원은 모든 것을 너무 많이 지켜보고 있습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 다양하지 않으며 대부분 인도식 품종이므로 별로 좋아하지 않습니다.

Totally worth the price for Vacation, and I'll suggest to every resident in UAE or visitors visiting UAE to atleast stay one night at this hotel

Location was good but customer service wasn’t great. And the Room furniture was very old. There’s no valet also

Our stay in this hotel is great. We loved the amazing view of the mountains and we enjoyed the pool area.

Excellent accomodation right at the top of a must see attraction, Jabel Hafeet hill in the outskirts of Al Ain. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Liked the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Wonderful location. Nice spot to go see a wonderful historical area

Almost every other activities at property was chargeable. Also service was worst. We literally have to call multiple times for every single things. No hand towels, flush & shattaf was not working well. Pool slides are barely working.
