I don’t normally leave reviews but after reading so many bad ones prior to our holiday and being really worried I thought it’s the least I could do to hopefully ease someone else’s worries. Arrived at 10pm at night and our cases were off the bus before we even were. Smooth check in and cases taken straight to our room on second floor. Snacks were available from 11pm so we were able to eat before getting an early ish night. Room Big, spacious clean room with a double, a single and a travel cot prepared. Also large settee and walk in closet area for all your clothes and luggage. Big bathroom with large shower. Overhead and hand held. No bath, which we already knew and prepared for by bringing along a small paddling pool to bath our 2 year old who hates the shower. Small fridges which were re stocked daily with a couple of beers, soft drinks, water and snacks. However fridge wasn’t that cold. Good sized balcony with a view of the pools and slides and the sea. Air con was fine throughout our stay. Balcony door was a little hard to slide open but husband managed it fine. On our second day the closet light was flickering. We reported it to reception on the way to the pool and when we returned it had been sorted and fixed. Breakfast Served 8.30-10.30 in the Zen restaurant and on the lobby floor. Lifts can get busy but if you walk to the back ones they’re much better. Plenty of choice. Outside there is the omelette station which my husband and I had daily and also a pancake and waffle station which the kids had daily. Can get very busy at peak times (these are listed on the elevator wall) but always plenty of room in the outside terrace bits which are kind of up on posts overlooking the pools and sea. We sat out here every day, yes it was hot but shaded and after all we are in Turkey in July so we just embraced it as it was nicer and quieter. Staff were all lovely, made an effort with the kids and they work extremely hard in the heat. Waiter service for drinks to the tables, always served a large bottle of water. Pools Pools and beach are on -2 floor. Pools are amazing! So many and so big. Never had a problem getting loungers or umbrellas despite not going down until 10.30am ish. Yes prime location ones had gone but that didn’t bother us. We’re not ones to sit around with 2 small children. The main pool runs all the way around the hotel and under the restaurant bits. Main pools were all 1.4 metres I think but lots of nice shallow bits for small kids to crawl and splash around in supervised. Some nice pool side cabanas which can be rented for a few but we didn’t so can’t comment any further on them. There’s 3 kids pools. Once main with slides and sprinklers, a pool with nothing and another one with small side and sprinklers. Brilliant for kids and all shallow enough for them to enjoy. Small park under cover and a kids club which again we didn’t use so can’t comment on. No waiter service around the pool but plenty on place nearby to get d
