Delphin BE Grand Resort

I have to say this hotel is truly a fantastic place to stay the food the service and facilities are really 5* I had a great experience here and even though I enjoy staying somewhere new every time I go on holiday I would say without a doubt I'd stay here again. There's something for everyone!. My only negatives I had on my stay are the wine list in the a la carte restaurants is over priced and I think they should have a better selection and the choice for infants eating in the a la carte s needs to be reimagined as I for one know my son loves to try new food everywhere he goes and not just be given chips chicken nuggets burgers and pizza. I was assured though by management that this will be something they will look to change in the future.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Excellent in all areas. It is on a grand scale and after a week you feel like you haven't had time to do everything. Activities are good especially shooting and football but there is a lot on. Food is good and drinks are excellent. Wide choice of cocktails etc. Definitely recommend for a family stay

We went to this hotel as a family, there were 10 of us in total, ranging from 6 years to 68year old. There was something for everyone here to enjoy. We got a really good deal by booking early. It was just over the Easter weekend so in school holidays. The value for money was well worth it. The food variety was very good. I loved the fact you had different places all around to eat from all day. Also the service was very good, only thing I would say was the language barrier between some staff was tricky. It was a very clean and tidy hotel. Our room had 4 of us in it and was quite small, maybe we should have upgraded or picked a bigger room when booking. So just be aware. We also would recommend to go from April as this is classed as their start of summer and the aircon gets turned on, it was very hot at night to sleep. We admittedly had very good weather for end of march. The water park here was great fun and we hired a cabana on the beach twice to, service was great. Just remember to book your restaurants up every morning at 8am to get where you want and some close on different days. They were nice restaurants.

I like the food and the entertainment, service. The Music and shows in the evening are also very good. The swimming pools are Nice and clean and everywhere are toilets. The room is also very Nice and minibar is filled every day. Thanks for canpolat from entertainment!

Very good- guest relation Natalia goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Room is very clean Food variety and always fresh Children and adults aqua park facilities brilliant! 100% recommend this place for families, very child friendly!

Great, back for second time. Soo much to do and eat lol. My fav show was JLo the boogie nights show was a bit odd. Had good seats but the lights shining into the crowd stop you being able to see the act. Also the screen in the back was VERY busy so could not see dancers. Shame as it takes alot of work practicing. Also surprised when a guest relations woman was charging my son for free merchandise??? Otherwise good

We went as a family of 25, the service was absolutely incredible. All the rooms were clean and modern, the hotel facilities were amazing. We were a large group age range newborn to 65 and it was perfect for all. Food/drinks/desserts on tap. Musa on reception was incredibly helpful and helped/guided us throughout our stay, he’s a credit to the Delphine company.

The Delphin Be Grand is our favorite hotel in Türkiye, everything is perfect. And I wanted to personally thank Nana at reception for her kindness and professionalism. she is always attentive to customers with a big smile. Thank you NANA

All i can say is this hotel is exceptional ! From the moment we arrived we were dazzled with how absolutely beautiful it was. The staff on arrival was so friendly , Checking in took us 5 minutes and then we were shown to our room. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious ours was over looking the sea. We arrived really late at night and soon discovered that the sports bar had food throughout the night so we headed to get some food. Room service is also free between midnight where you can order pizzas and burgers so this came in handy for late night snacks. The heated outside pool is a life saver our children spent there time in here when they wasn't busy running around the two water parks that the hotel offers as we spent a lot of time there!. The children loved all the slides on offer and the lazy river! The food at the hotel is exceptional you can tell the chefs put a lot of effort into making sure everything is cooked to the highest standards. The food variety is wide. They have wooden huts down the long path to the beach which consist of a toasties shack , hot dog and chicken nuggets, fruit stall, ice cream stall, baked potatoes and loads more ! The main buffet is also massive and has a huge variety of food. Inside the main buffet area there is also a play area for children which our daughters loved playing on when they had finished eating and we could enjoy our dinner whilst they played. The beach is also lovely and offers a play area on the beach the beach pier is also a lovely added extra . We got to experience candy land whilst we was there and the children loved it. The entertainment was amazing both us and our children thoroughly enjoyed this. The fairground was one of our favorites we loved going at night before our dinner. Overall the hotel is amazing , the staff are exceptional and the atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful . We cant wait to return .
