센티도 벨뷰 파크(Sentido Bellevue Park)

Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

We had really great holidays with my family. I would like to thank whole Sentido Bellevue Park personal, especialy my friend Ramzi in dinning room and also all entertaiment team. They really do their job professionaly. Hotel and rooms are verry clean, the food is varrious and tasty. I would like to recomend this hotel to families and everyone who like to enjoy. I am sure, that we will come back in this hotel again.

We spent fantastic holidays in a fabulous hotel with very kind staff. All of them were very friendly and so nice, especially the entertainment staff. They do a lot of activities during all the day and every evening they enterteined us with diferent kind of shows. They deserve all our regards. It is deffinetly a place to come back.

Nice hotel and really good food. Also great entertainment group and they prepared very good shows every evening and a lot of activity during the day like the archery,gym,aquagym… they really did made our holiday. Stuff is perfect. we will be back ❤️

I did spend a beautiful holiday at this hotel it's a lovely hotel, nice stuff and good service. Beautiful clean room with nice view and delicious variety buffet, good spa, and great place for the Gym, and we get a great time with the entertainment crew at a lot of activities during the day and amazing show at night live music,Dj night with Aida ... kids club with Julia so brillant. Thanks for everything.

+ nice beach + spacious family room with 2 bedrooms + El Kantaui port is 3km away - nice walk along the beach + Shops to buy soda bottles and proper yogurt are 500m away - OLD and dirty hotel from 1994 (declared 2017 renovation is very hard to spot) - noisy A/C - Squeaking/noisy beds, disgusting bathroom details (see photos) - Sand on the room floor when we first arrived - Smelly main restaurant without proper ventilation restaurant - your clothes will smell badly just after one dinner - Dirty spotty chairs in the restaurant - Dirty plates with pieces of food from previous visitors - Questionable hygiene - sometimes served water in the restaurant tastes like pool water - Slow buffet meal preparation. French fries disappear in the first few minutes. Long queues for fried meals/eggs/omelets. - Some meals are not cooked/prepared properly due to the rush. - No Cola Zero during meals - No non-alcoholic bottles except water with All Inclusive. You have to drink everything with tiny cups. - Immediate surroundings outside hotel is full of garbage - normal for Tunisia. - Non bottled water is not drinkable - you have to be VERY careful for washed fruits, during shower and teeth cleaning - You have to put your luggage through security scanner during first visit, but afterwards you can walk pass it with your shopping/travel bags - Staff laughs at you when you ask for "no ice" in the drinks - High chance to get stomach sickness due to the low hygiene - Wi-Fi is average but be prepared with prepaid data eSIM - beware - LTE is the maximum cellular speed in the area. It is not suitable for video streaming services. - Fitness room had no A/C - non-inviting, too hot and again with no hygiene - Out of order indoor pool - Pools are cold if the outside temperature is below 35 Celsius - very few guests were using it - Hotel is always declaring on the writing board that pool temperature is constantly 29 Celsius :) - Many pool beds and umbrellas are broken and dirty

A beautiful holiday we had it at senti do belle vue park it's a nice place for all the family stuff is amazing. Food is delicious. A**osphere is incredible we did love all the activities during the day and the fantastic show at night thanks Mondo and crew for all the fun that we had it ❤️❤️

Very good life and stay here at Sentido Bellevue Hotel. Rooms are clean, food is very tasty and the staff very welcome and supporting in all situations. Everyone will be grateful after some vacation days here, the entertaining team is very cool, keeping the smile and joy every night and day, with great shows for both adults and kids. Thank you all
