Ak Chin ******/Hotel is a friendly and clean destination. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Weekend entertainment a nice touch compared to other ******'s. Entertainment Center nice for families with children. Enjoyed our stay. Golf Course a true Gem.... love the stay and play package A+..

Pillows on the bed were terrible small pillows. Extra garbage bag beside the bed. Room was otherwise nice.

Easy to park, easy to check in. Good workout facility and good internet. Room fit my needs. The cactus tower room has a substandard desk chair.

Clean, nice rooms; staff not friendly at all. Drunk folks being loud all night. Security stayed in game area; they needed to walk hotel floors

Facilities and staff generally were fine, unfortunately, I was awoken at about six a.m. from a horrible stench of manure (poop!) from the surrounding farmland. I am used to that smell having lived near agricultural so believe me, it was overwhelming to the point where are my eyes were burning and I felt ill. I assumed there was an issue with sewer fas entering the room. When I called the front desk, the person there did not try to address the issue, they just laughed. I would not recommend this hotel.

****** is pretty stingy 😒 lots to do though, and activities for kids is a plus, bowling, game arcade and movie theater. All in all nice place to stay.

Was very clean . Good staff except waiter in steak house , did not listen to our order so got it wrong then argued with us on what we had ordered. Other than that was a great place

The hotel ****** was amazing, very clean and modern. My only gripe was the AC Heating unit. It sounded like a jet airplane taking off every time it kicked on. Which for a light sleeper kept waking me up all night.

Easy check in / check / out, very friendly and pleasant staff, room was beautiful and very clean, quiet. Will book another weekend get away at this hotel.

Very average room for a PREMIUM Price. Not happy that there was not a table with 2 chairs. Won't stay again if the prices are high.

Stayed here to go to a show. The hotel was did not disappoint. From check in to check out. We enjoyed our room, our experience at Chop Block and Brew was wonderful. Good drinks, good food and great service!

The Harrah's Ak-Chin ****** Resort is for the most part a good place to stay for a weekend. Limited dining and entertainment for a Resort, ie band didn’t play on a holiday Sunday evening.. The ****** was fine although no Blackjack video machines seems unusual, it also didn’t have some of the latest machines I’ve seen at other ******s. The Security is bit over the top as we had brought drinks from our room in Red Solo cups and were reprimanded to either dump our drinks or return to our room to finish them. We brought them back in Harrah‘s coffee cups from the room without a problem…
